Pleasantly surprised
Based on the exterior of the apartment complex, I did not have great expectations for the interior. However, I was pleasantly surprised. This is a very nice and affordable apartment complex

This apartment was in a bad shape and the new owner has made substantial improvements to enhance the quality of the apartments. Great job!

Security system
Cameras put up not too long ago. I feel much safer now than I ever have. Been here a while now.

Spacious Apartment Complex
The most improved apartment complex in the neighborhood. New owner is dedicated to making improvements. Apartment in a good location, close to schools and many necessary amenities. Not planning a move any time soon.
