Property Ratings at Riviera Apartments
Landlord is dishonest and only wants your money. Place is filled with black mold and always smells like weed. You get charged extra when moving out and don't get your deposit back as well. Don't do it!
Landlord is very rude. My apartment was broken into and nothing was done about it. I felt unsafe to live there so I moved out and I got charged for over $1000 in damages. I never damaged the apartment. The only damages there were was from when the people broke in and the tenant above us her bathtub drain leaked into our bathtub. It was “fixed” by four different maintenance guys.
They want you to pay $2000 if you leave early. Then they want you to also get it professionally cleaned on top of that. Seriously just take my deposit let me go and call it done. Then when I moved in they had mold in the tub I didnt see until a few days later. They didn't care about the carpet being torn before we moved in. They are horrible people. They also don't allow your kids to play outside ride bikes or bounce balls outside. What kind of not kid friendly place is this. Over it don't move here.
Vicki was so helpful in answering our questions and getting us in to a 2 bedroom apartment. Thank you!! Great location, very reasonable rent!
Love this place. Very friendly, quite, spacious. Vicky was very helpful getting everything ready. Never had so much help. Vicky was great help with getting ready to move in.
Aside from the occasional train it is a very nice and quiet building. Highly recommended!
I can't say enough good things about the Riviera and about the property manager, Vicky. I am a bit biased, this let me live across the street for work! The grounds are well kept, maintenance requests are responded to quickly, and the community feels safe and secure. This was my first place I lived out of college and I loved it. Wish I could have stayed in Paducah longer!
Moved in a few months ago and have no complaints. Vicky helped with the process and made the decision to move here very easy, my apartment was move in ready and has stainless steel appliances which makes it modern and even came with a washer and dryer in the apartment. My wife and I love it here and it is quiet and a great neighborhood.
Lived here for several months and it has been a great choice. Vicky made the move in process simple and walked me through each step and she made sure the apartment was everything she said it would be. My apartment was move in ready very clean and all the appliances are stainless which gives it the modern look, the washer and dryer was even included. If you are looking for affordable, clean, quiet, great neighborhood Riviera is the place to come. It is outstanding here.
The apartments are old and run down the appliances barely work. They advertise free WiFi but it doesn't work and all the apartments are infested with roaches!! On top of everything else you get charged 50 dollars a month for water no matter if you never use it. Wall are thin you can hear anything that the other residents are doing. There are several tenants doing drugs every time i go into the building i smell weed.
Apartments are spacious, clean and energy efficient from my experience here. Really love the full amount of appliances that come with the two bedroom units. The free WiFi that is available for tenants works well and is a lifesaver when it comes to cutting down monthly bills. Neighbors are quiet and everyone minds their business. Our apartment is super close to everything and is in a cute location in midtown. Vickie the apartment manager was really clear and helpful with making the move over easy and stress free. Any time something needs to be fixed it is done promptly and back to working order. Super thankful to have found this place.
I have lived here for two years. I love it here. The application process was super easy. They waived part of our deposit and our pet deposit. This made it super affordable for my wife and I to move to Kentucky from Tennessee. The apartment was newly renovated and was super clean. We have a basement apartment that is very quiet and safe. In the summer the pool is super clean. We are within walking distance of Noble Park and Carson Park. There are also restaurants nearby. The land lord is very friendly and maintenance is quick with repairs. Great place to live!!
My girlfriend and I were BRAND new to "adult living" is how I like to call it. I just graduated college and had a new job and it was my first go-around with Apartment shopping. As soon as I spoke to Vicky, the Manager, I knew she would help out. She explained the whole entire process, very clearly and she worked with our schedules very nicely. Move-in went great, we've been living there for a few months now and we have had zero complaints thus far. Anytime you have questions about anything, Vicky is very quick to respond The residents are quiet, the area is quiet. PET FRIENDLY, which I love. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. The outside of the building, grass/landscaping, is kept nice and fresh looking. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Riviera to anybody.
