Dubbed “the Heart of Georgia” due to its central location and Southern hospitality, Macon is approximately 90 minutes south of Atlanta. Recognized for its renowned musical history, Macon is the location where many artists like the Allman Brothers Band and Jason Aldean got their big break. After all, Macon is the city “where soul lives.”
Just like its passion for music, Macon believes in top-notch education. This city is home to a number of college campuses, including Mercer University and Middle Georgia State University. This family-friendly city boasts excellent public schools as well. Residents and visitors alike adore Downtown Macon for its small businesses and historic sites including restaurants, services, and specialty shops like Parish on Cherry, serving up the best gumbo in the city.
The Big House is a major attraction that celebrates the musical career of the Allman Brothers Band, while the Hay House and Cannonball House represent the city’s architectural history.

Property Ratings at Rivoli Run
Whatever you do… DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! apartments are not what the picture point it out to be. Management is rude your move in date is going to keep getting pushed back. When it is time for you to move in they would tell you that you owe a certain amount and before you finally move in they change the amount that you have to pay. Rent changes every month.. they literally make up new things to add to your rent every month. Moving here has absolutely been a nightmare.

Been here a few years:. before 2019, place was okay, aging, but quiet and generally well kept. Since the end of 2019, this place is an absolute disgrace. The management is unprofessional, if you can ever even reach them, the grounds are scary and I don't think the pool has been open for years. Please before you commit to this place walk up around the complex, look at it's state, check out the garbage area (resembles a landfill) look at the mildew, bird droppings, and stairs that are falling apart.

the apartments are subpar, and have so much dry rot in them, and the smell from the uncleaned carpet, and broken down appliances, is enough to make you live on the streets. Would not recommend for families nor single women.
You will never be able to get staff on the phone. I don’t see how any one is able to get any information when they never answer the phone.
The entire time I lived in this apartment I had several issue with plumbing and leaks that took maintenance days to fix. When it came time for me to move out the rude office staff did everything possible to take as much money from me as they could. They claimed that they never received notice that I was moving even though I had had several conversations with her before.

I have lived here for only a few weeks. The floor plan is nice, however, maybe when the apartment was built it was considered luxury at that time, but not so much now. The apartment could really use an upgrade, it appears to me that things are fixed as issues arise a lot of coverups from what I am seeing. Maintenance does respond fast and the office staff is friendly which is the only reason why I am trying to make this place work. There seems to be an issue with bugs, I'm not sure if maybe it's due to the apartment possibly being vacant for a while before my move-in, but this is becoming somewhat bothersome. I do love that the apartment complex is off from the main road, which is a bonus. But it's still within proximity of everything. It is very quiet and peaceful here. I am hoping that I can make this my forever home, but if the bugs can't get under control I might have to consider looking elsewhere.
I am new to Rivoli Run and everything I have seen so far has convinced me that I made the best choice in picking this place to sign my lease. I love it here. From the amenities to the upgraded apartments to the quiet serenity of the complex. The neighbors that I have had the pleasure in meeting are super friendly. Ive enjoyed spending time at the pool and basketball courts as well. Theres so much to still see here and its amazing. With it being in a great location and close to highways, stores schools, and just about anything you can think of. Highly recommended
I moved to macon from VA. I was told that Rivoli run were the best apartments in macon and really allow you to feel like home. I have only lived there 7 months and i have had to contact maintaince over 20 times as my ceiling started leaking in multipke okaces, the lights dont always work and there IS mold growing in the same closet that the ceiling was leaking. There was a bird who built a nest on our floor and the entire foyer was covered in bird feces. I called in about it and it was not fully cleaned until 3 weeks ago. I have been spoken to disrespectfully and insulted by the apartment manager on multiple occasions and my privacy was violated. When adressing the issue i was advised I would have to move although i did not violate any part of my lease. Very disapointed in my experience living here.
Hello! I have been renting my current apartment since December 2012. I was previously living at home with my grandparents. Rivoli Run is a nice affordable apartment complex tucked away in Macon, GA. I love living here because the staff is awesome. We have a maintenance guy that lives onsite as well as a courtesy officer. I love the fact that the complex sits far back from the main roads a little extra security. The neighbors are wonderful. Everyone is respectful of each other. I feel secure here and I have always been afraid to be left home alone at night but not here. Every place has its pros and cons. The only thing that is a bummer is that they do not rent out the clubhouse. I think this is a great place to live and my family and I will be here until we buy our home in the next couple of years.
I have been living here for a month or so now and i really do like everything about my apartment so far. Its very spacious and quite. My neighbors are great, maintenance os really prompt and fast, the staff in the leasing office has been very helpful. If your looking for a place to live that will make you feel welcomed, loved and like your part of a family then Rivoli Run is the place for you. A spacious apartment for a great price. Live in a luxury style apartment without paying luxuxry prices.
We have lived at Rivoli Run for 7 years. The staff is amazing, location is convenient to shopping, schools, and all major employers. Being senior citizens it is wonderful not to have to worry about upkeep or maintenance as we would with home ownership.
So far, I have lived here a short few weeks and I have to say that it has been very easy to adapt to living in an apartment here. The apartments are clean and very tastefully painted. The first thing I noticed upon viewing the apartment was the freshly shampooed carpets - it really was a selling point for me. While the deposits for animals are a little steep - I can understand why. Pets are a huge destroyer of homes and to bother to keep an apartment this clean - it's worth the extra bit. Maintenance is also very thorough and very prompt. Immediately my fridge decided that it didn't care much for me and stopped working. After one failed repair - I was issued a brand new appliance immediately. I was very happy with attempting to fix what was already there - but not at the sake of overdoing it. The only downsides I have noticed thus far is a bizarre invasion of centipedes whenever I take a shower - they do tend to freak me out just a little bit. But, otherwise, I have had absolutely no problems with pests except for one spider hiding in a cabinet. Oh, and a really crazily placed door in the kitchen - but it's off the hinge and hidden away so that's not really a problem anymore, anyway.
MY WIFE AND I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR NOW AND WE ENJOY THIS HOME AND ALL THAT COMES WITH THE APARTMENT COMMUNITY VERY MUCH. FOR THE PRICE, IT JUST DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO MOVE OR CHANGE TO A BETTER PLACE TO DWEAL, THEN MAKE IT RIVOLI RUN APARTMENTS.
