Somos nuevos inquilinos, pero con lo poco que estuvimos en el complejo nos encantó! Desde las amenities hasta la ubicación el complejo tiene todo (y más) de lo que uno puede necesitar. Además, la atención que recibimos de la oficina de alquiler fue excelente en todo momento. El primer día que nos acercamos al complejo no teníamos ningún appointment. Aún así, la asistente del management de la propiedad, Betsy, nos invitó a pasar a su oficina y respondió todas las preguntas que teníamos. Desde aquel día, ella nos acompañó paso a paso con toda nuestra aplicación con la mejor de las voluntades, siempre atenta y dispuesta. Incluso, una de las veces, la asistente estuvo tanto tiempo con nosotros que dejó de lado su horario de almuerzo solo para ayudarnos. También estuvo ayudándonos Sebastian, quien no solo nos acompaño y explico distintos factores del complejo, sino que también nos dio varios consejos y con la mejor predisposición. La verdad que por ese lado no hay nada de que quejarse. Es más, agradecemos mucho la atención dada, una de las mejores vistas!

Horrible experience. If you have kids, don't rent anywhere but first floor. Neighbors downstairs will complain of toddlers making noise. Animals not advisable too. You would be responsible to change all the carpets regardless of anything if you move out. There is often dog poop in the hallways with threats for dogs owners to remove it. There was a "little"problem with ants coming from the balcony door during our 2 year stay , so be aware whether you would like to live with them. Definitely not Luxurious stay and the place is way overrated.

Contrary to their motto, they do not make life easier here. I have more complaints about RiZE than compliments. It was very hard to like living here due to several reasons and I am thankful I had a short-term lease. While living here, I've never witnessed so many move-outs. And it quickly started to make sense. Moving in and out of here is a hassle. You will have to park your moving truck in the most inconvenient locations. The entrances are narrow and have sharp turns and looong hallways. You will pay $20 a month to walk your trash to the trash rooms all the way in the back of the building. The office closes for practically every single holiday for absolutely no reason but to take a day off. Packages are undeliverable when they decide to be closed. There are no package lockers so you have to wait for the staff to log it into the system. The lobby doors are locked after office hours, there’s no callbox for guests or deliveries. There’s a single call box for the whole building that’s hidden away on a side entrance that I never got a code for. You will have to go pick up your guests or deliveries at the front of the building. As for the cleanliness, the carpets in the hallways always smell gross, like mildew mixed with dog urine and wet dog. There have been so many times I’ve seen spilled food, trash left on the floor, trash bags left in the hallways, damage to the walls, leftover food in the elevators, random boxes in the hallways…I’ve even witnessed poop and pee on a balcony by the pool!!!! The garage and hallways are infested with pests like spiders, beetles, worms, flies. It’s really gross. The cars in the parking garage get covered in nasty grime so I gave up on washing my car frequently.

Management is nice and most of the leasing consultants are pleasant. The lobby and common areas are very clean and well-kept, and the housekeeping and maintenance staff are very nice. However, the hallways have a “wet dog” smell to them, and the indoor trash receptacles/chutes on each floor are often overflowing, which causes the trash rooms to smell, and also invites unwanted bugs. Residents are charged a $20 fee for the “convenience”, but are expected to relocate their trash if the receptacles are full. The apartments are a decent size. Most of the residents are pleasant and quiet; however, the drill team from the high school next door frequently rehearses outside for hours, especially on the weekends and during the Summer, so avoid leasing an apartment that faces the school entrance if peace and quiet is what you seek. The leasing consultants do not warn future residents of this fact, and are dismissive if you complain about the noise.

When you enter the Rize Apartment Lobby it will look amazing. This area is so well kept do to the hard work of Sandra, who cleans this area every day during the week. It is an area used by all tenants and where people get together for parties and other gathering. Sandra does not work on weekends and by Monday afternoon she has this area sparkling. I've lived at RiZE nearly two years, but we will not be renewing our lease. The building itself is still relatively new, given it was completed about three years ago. The is decent sound proofing between units, you can still high pitched sounds (babies and dogs) can still be heard through the walls of your next door neighbor. This is to be expected and for the most part the apartment complex is pretty quite. The units are larger than normal and have a good flow to them and if you have a pool view it's just like living at a resort. The maintenance crew is decent at responding to requests in a timely manner. That's about where the niceties end. The main fire alarm goes off at least once a month, if not multiple times. It has gotten to the point that people don't leave the building anymore and if there is a real fire we're all going to bite it. The management company does not take care of the hall ways, stairwells, or parking garage; so there is constantly trash or even dog poo left laying around. The garage gate is broken about 1/3 of the time and the most recent time damaged at least one car as it closed while the car was leaving the garage. If you're looking to live in a nice apartment at a premium price, this place may be for you. But at the end of the day, there's a lot more headache that comes with living in the building so you'll want to ask yourself if you are ready to be woken up at 2:30am at least once a month or if you want to avoid stepping in dog waste in the hallways while carrying in groceries.

I have lived in this apartment building since May of 2017 and the end of my lease couldn't come any quicker. I'm literally counting down the minutes. It all started with the staff in the leasing office. They could not be ruder then they already are. I have complained about spiders being everywhere in the door ways of the garage entrance doors. At one point I physically made the manager go with me to see what I am talking about and still nothing changed. The hallways smell so bad and have never been cleaned and by that I mean I don't think a vacuum has ever touched that floor, so it could explain why there has been a milk dud on the floor for months. I have also complain many times about the floor and nothing has happened till this day. The last thing i have complained about was my air conditioning not working. I noticed it would constantly be running and it would not get cold. I called to have that fixed and they sent someone saying it needed to have freon, but that they would send someone back the next day to check, so my husband stayed home from his job and no one turned up. My electricity bill ended up being insanely high and the ac was still not fixed. My bill ended up coming back high again the second month I had to call again for the second time about the ac and the manager downstairs in the leasing office has stated he will discount the difference in our rent from what we normally pay on the electricity bill, because they figured out they didn't fix the ac and something was still wrong. When I reminded the manager he will not do the discount now. I am beyond disappointed with my experience at rize. I will recommend everyone to not lease here. I will also post this review wherever I can.
