Property Ratings at Robert E. Lee
Good Area, But Current Manager Is Terrible Lot Of Homeless And Sneaky Traffic Coming In. Lots Of Drugs & Police Calls Apts Are Not What They Seem Low In Repairs No Security And Residents Are Left To Protect Each Other
To save your time but most importantly your money, I highly recommend not committing to this ancient property. All bills paid should seem very beneficial to your wallet and family but you are responsible to PAY FOR PARKING every day because the property management DOES NOT offer parking to their residents, I knew this after signing my lease. I occasionally see COCKROACHES in the building especially the laundry room where the WATER in the WASHER does NOT DRAIN and you find your clothes soaked. For months my BATHROOM DOOR rested on it's HINDGE until maintenance repaired it. My commode FLOODED twice with TOILET WATER and the neighbors WASTE which I had to clean myself. Two months prior to the end of our lease, we caught BED BUGS from the 91 year old building, when we took it to management, we were told we were RESPONSIBLE for pest control to rid the bed bugs. You won't have an electric bill but you will have plenty of REGRET residing at the Robert E. Lee apartments.

I've been living here 12 years and I Love it. I love the atmosphere here downtown and you have plenty of places in walking distance especially for a night out on the town & Fiesta,in April,S.A. biggest festival... Of course it's an old building but the location is great cause your in downtown but not in the congested part of downtown.
By far the best, inexpensive place to live in downtown San Antonio, Texas. Very convenient for those without a vehicle, and those that love the night life. So many wonderful places to explore, so ways to travel.
One of the best apartments to live in if you want to be in downtown San Antonio! Within walking distance to great stores, amazing restauruants and fabulous places to entertain yourself! Good rent prices for such an amazing place! 10/10,
