Property Ratings at Rochester Village Apartments at Park Place
Apartments and area are nice, but the leasing office is terrible. I have an insect issue because the entire building has a silverfish problem the office refused to address. A legitimate infestation and the office could not care less. Bugs in my bed, office, kitchen etc. All over my apartment. I have cedar/lavender oil everywhere, run a dehumidifier 24/7 and have to keep my apartment uncomfortably cold to not have them. Even with all of this if my apartment goes above 71 i will have them all over the place at night. They ignored my calls for a week initially before an exterminator was sent, and I had to pay out of pocket to get MY OWN EXTERMINATOR beforehand because they said they wouldn't call anyone except their guy that comes 1-2 times a month, and if you miss him then you're SOL. There are 3 options when you call the leasing office: 1. for leasing information 2. (for current residents) to leave a message 3. for emergency maintenance to the on-call maintenance team. There is not an option to speak to someone working immediately, they send you to voicemail and deal with you later. If your issue requires immediate action then expect to never have it solved.
Property Manager at Rochester Village Apartments at Park Place, Responded To This Review
We are disheartened to see a 1-star review. Our pest control services reported no silverfish infestation in the building as this was confined to one apartment. Sorry we missed your call as we are sometimes with other residents or out showing our community. We strive to return any call backs in a timely manner. Pest control services are offered twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month. If you have any questions please reach out to our leasing office.rochestervillagemgr@morganproperties.com.
I would not have moved if I didn't relocate. This apartment complex is awesome! The staff is like family and I am so thankful for my time spent here.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We're happy you had an enjoyable experience living here at Rochester Village Apartment Homes. We always strive to provide our residents with the best service possible. Thank you for your residency.
I lived here from 2018-2019 and the only good thing was the underground parking. The “dog park” was convenient but insanely small. The pool is a joke as you share it with the entire community so every screaming child imaginable is there-forget about relaxing. The closets are way too small, there’s minimal airflow due to one window and a sliding glass door. And the heat blasts in the buildings in the winter time, my apartment was always so, so hot because of that. The kitchen is gorgeous, but that’s about it. Unless you’re in a 2 bedroom so you can split rent, move to a different area. It’s not worth the price tag.
Lived here for over a year now. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. The underground parking is the best feature. Nice community and well kept. With that said, walls are paper thin. You hear everything. They also are starting to replace the carpet with plank flooring. So if you aren’t top floor, you will hear every footstep and any other noise. I think this was a big mistake and a bad move to get renters to pay more. I will not be renewing my lease for this reason alone. The noise is just obnoxious without carpet to dampen the sound of footsteps. There is also constant construction going on in the townhouses down the road. I have had 2 flat tires in the last 3 months from nails picked up on the main road. I would recommend these apartments if you can tolerate the excess noise because the units themselves are some of the nicest in Cranberry.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with this feedback. We are sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with noise and construction. Please contact the Property Manager at (724) 553-5570 so we can further discuss.
This apartment is the smallest that I've ever had and the most expensive. I realize that they are fairly new and the buildings have an elevator and underground parking, but taking that into consideration and for the size of the apartments, they are way overpriced. The office accepts deliveries which is good. Maintenance issues are handled quickly.

I am a resident from past 2 years.I love the apartments and the community is really safe ,I feel like home. They have staneless steel appliances and very nice layout with huge master bedroom. The best part is we have Graham park in walkable distance may be 0.5 miles away. The maintenance service is also great and quick .The only complaint that I have is the closet racks are too high as if it was designed for people who are 6 ft tall.
Property Manager at Rochester Village Apartments at Park Place, Responded To This Review
Thank you for taking the time to review our community! We are so glad you feel at home here and that you are enjoying our spacious floor plans and convenient location. Also, thanks for your feedback on the closet racks - we'll definitely look into that.
Staff not trustworthy, office is disorganized and poorly managed
My Name is Jonathan and I am a current resident in building #1000. Let me first start in saying how beautiful the apartments are with their 9 foot ceilings, balconies, in apartment washer/dryer, and the brand new stainless steel appliances. This is my favorite apartment by far that I have ever had. I feel like I am away from all the stress of everyday life here, but yet am only 1-2 miles from literally every restaurant that you can imagine. Finally, I will say that Melissa & Mary Beth are so kind and accommodating at the leasing office. I truly wish the staff at ALL leasing offices were as great as those two! -Current Resident, Jonathan-Building #1000.
Absolutely amazing community perfect for walking, biking and very animal and child friendly. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond to your needs and everyone is so nice. Close to everything yet still isolated enough to not hear loud traffic and noises from the road. Couldn't ask for a better place to call home!
