I moved in on the first of march and stacey is doing a great job keeping everyone up to date on all our new features. She also makes move ins easier and is keeping the property up to date. Making our community looking good and a nice friendly quiet place to live at. This is the perfect place to be!!! Everyone is nice and management is wonderful. I’ve lived here at Camden Oaks for almost 2 years now & love the large floor plan of the apartment especially for the price. Recently we received new owners that really care about the community & are doing many new renovations & the maintenance personal are awesome. They really know their stuff & they get things done efficiently & correctly the first time. I’m disabled & love living here. I feel very safe, and I love the new management & all of my neighbors are really awesome any time I need help with something all I have to do is ask. Excellent place to call home!

Finally! A company that really does what is says it will do and are actually getting the job done! I know you all the nice renovations on the outside but just wait until you see the remodel on the inside as well this place is turning into some pretty nice apartments and now with all the extra added amentities as well like security,a brand new business center and weight room which they are currently working on now and other future upgrades to the playground area and property as whole as well.. Stacy and Meredith really know there stuff and have worked hard along with allied properties to really turn this place around and make it a safer , happier and quieter community. Come check it out you wont reget it..

The new renovations on these apartments are just wonderful. Everything is looking much better, inside and out! The new management is running these apartments with no problems. I have been living here for 10 years and this place is finally looking great!

I have lived here for five months and in the past few months the new management team has been a HUGE improvement over the previous management that was here when I moved in. The new management team has been doing a complete makeover of the buildings and grounds and the work really shows! I have had a few maintenance issues and they have been quick to get it fixed. Looking forward to seeing what other positive changes they have in store!

At first it was a little rough here, but the new management system is working really hard to improve the place and it shows. Every new office staff member and maintenance crew person I have met had been very nice and helpful. It keeps getting better and better to live here.

I am so relieved that new management has taken over and are making this a great place to live! The apartments are great for families or someone looking for a nice and quiet place to live. When I moved in last year the apartments were going downhill quickly. I definitely was not going to sign another lease. Thank God Allied Properties took over and we are seeing great improvements. The new property manager couldn't be any nicer and they have some great plans in store to make this place even better! I highly recommend Camden Oaks!!

Living here for 2 years I had had enough and was going to move. With the new ownership I have changed my mind. I AM STAYING. I have experienced exceptional response on repairs, management is a mirror image of owners demands of quality housing. The new renovations and speedy response on repairs is what we pay rent for. Exceptional professionalism as owners. I have been treated like I matter as a resident. Move here and see the difference from other owners and management companies, you will be heard and responded to like you do matter as a valued resident. You do get what you pay rent for, great neighbors and will finally get to use the pool??

Love it here, been here 2 yrs getting a facelift here. Looking forward to rest of the upgrades. I would recommend to anyone. It is in great area for schools. Very nice apartments very spacious.
