Historic rowhouses, cobblestoned hills, and plenty of greenspace fill the streets of Georgetown. DC’s oldest neighborhood, Georgetown blends historic charm with a youthful energy emanating from Georgetown University.
Georgetown contains endless amounts of activities, from shopping to exploring the outdoors and everything in between. Should you choose to rent in Georgetown, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the lush gardens at Dumbarton Oaks and Tudor Place, peruse the shops on M Street, listen to live jazz at Blues Alley, see where John F. Kennedy proposed to Jackie, kayak the Potomac River, pose near the steps from The Exorcist, savor a meal at one of the restaurants on the Washington Harbor, stroll along the Georgetown Waterfront, and indulge your sweet tooth at any of the many cupcakeries in town.
Just two miles from Downtown Washington, DC, Georgetown is a mere 15-minute walk from the Foggy Bottom Metro stop.

Property Ratings at Rock Creek Gardens
I really enjoyed living here the past year. My roommate and I shared a comfortably sized two bedroom/one bath apartment. For the price alone, this apartment is unbeatable. It is very difficult to find decently priced 2 bedroom apartments, especially in this part of the city. The location is incredible, less than 10 min walk to DuPont Metro, within a mile of foggy bottom station and all the fun shops and restaurants of Georgetown. Additionally, there is a little trail just behind this apartment that connects onto Rock Creek Trail. If you can get passed not having some amenities, such as a dishwasher or washer/dryer in unit, this is definitely a great apartment complex. Borger Management is a great apartment management company too, providing amenities such as online rent pay and maintenance requests. Loved my time here, and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a more affordable apartment option in the Georgetown/DuPont location!
