Property Ratings at Rock Pointe
Really impressed with new property management company!! Very friendly and easy to work with! If there’s any issues, they are right on it and get things fixed!!! Love living here!!!
The place is nice, so comfortable. Loving this apartment so much
it is Beautiful apartment. The place is peaceful and so relaxing this place is so great
Such a lovely place. The staff are nice and the place is good looking forward to come again.
Complex is exceptional, professional, and clean and full of necessities
Love the new ownership and property management. This is a wonderful place to live
The parking is non existent and when told to park in another location, your vehicle will get towed. They do not accommodate for residents. The wonderful lady in the office smiled at me and told me it wasn't her problem. Bugs and webs are all over the exterior, our A/C went out roughly once a week when temperatures were over 100 degrees outside. You call an out of state company to make an appointment to have it fixed, but no one would fix it, so my husband would rattle the fuses outside to have it turned back on. This place is terrible, look elsewhere.
My family and I have been living at this apartment for 3 years coming up on 4! The new management “Commercial Northwest” SUCK! Verity management did a better job at running things. We WILL NOT BE RENEWING our lease. It once was a great place to live but with the new management that is currently running this place FAIL to address any issues. They walk in to units unannounced and thinks it’s ok!!! With Verity management that use to run Rock Pointe, there was always a manager on site Tuesday through Saturday and meeting everyone’s needs that needed to be addressed! With Commercial Northwest they don’t make residence there first priority!
So the managment here is done by a company called Pacific Northwest, which bought the property about 9-10 months into me living here, and they are just awful. Like the worst. As an example, im dowm their trying to renew my lease, and the guy running the office (who's a college kid, btw) is texting while im talking to him. Very disrespectful. Then he tells me ill get a lease renewal document in a few days. I got it 6 days before my lease came up, 3 months after I asked. Oh and I asked 5 times in between these two points. Yea. But we're not done. You see, as a bunch of controlling nannies, they like to make smoking on the property, including you're own porch, against the rules. They like to cut down all the viable trees on the.property and they love making you get permits for.your bikes. Yes, permits, for your bikes. They never show up when scheduled, and they do NOTHING about tenants grievences. They suck.
Nothing but good things to say about this complex and the company who manages it!
This is a perfect location in a quaint area. Upgraded kitchen, dog park, and a quick drive to Boise and Meridian. Wonderfully centrally located!
This building is expensive for what you get, however, it is worth it because of the location. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Eagle is a highly desired community and housing in general is more costly. So being able to live in Eagle while still not breaking the bank is ideal. The apartments are spacious and the neighbors are friendly. Overall, I think the location is the selling point. It is in the heart of downtown which makes walking downtown for a bite to eat or a late night treat ideal as well as enjoyable. You are only 15 minutes away from the next town over, whether that be downtown Boise or Meridian for shopping. Not only are you able to keep in touch with your city side, but you can also hop on the Greenbelt within 5 minutes and enjoy the best that nature has to offer.
