Property Ratings at Rock Ridge Commons
I lived here for 6 years. Never had any big issues. I wasn't a fan of the people who let their kids go play outside without them but that isn't managements fault. I never had bugs, but a pest control guy would come spray my apartment every couple of months I think as a preventative measure. I had been in a couple peoples apartments up there since I had lived there so long I obviously made friends with the neighbors, none of them seem to have crappy apartments, they looked pretty much like mine. I moved last year when I bought a house. I would recommend it to younger people just starting out, the price is good and the location is good.
If i could give this place a 0 star review I would. We had nothing but problems while living there. We had mice and roaches, and the managers refused to do anything about it. We lived on the bottom floor, and often had water backing up from the upstairs neighbors in our dishwasher and kitchen sink, so badly in fact that it flooded our entire apartment with moldy food water. Maintenance refused to do anything as it was a Friday night, so we had to take my infant son out of there and leave the apartment for 3 days before they would even consider looking at it. Pheasant Ridge is awful, and I would never subject anyone to living in those conditions.
The reviews that iv seen are from years ago and before the updates on select units and new corporate management. The entire team is amazing. Iv lived here for many years and iv few issues.Living on the bottom floor and being in an older complex, the pipes under my concrete floor had some issues. My entire concrete kitchen floor was dug up, filled and had new updates hard wood appearance flooring in two day’s. You can tell the staff works hard and cares. Things are fixed CORRECTLY and there is routine bug spraying. Grounds are kept clean. Awesome tv giveaways , holiday festivities in the office. Bus stops ring in front. Future plans of a possible dog park on property!!!! It’s definitely has a new reputation for the better.
I’ve lived here for many years and fits my life perfectly. Price is affordable and the staff has always been receptive and helpful to any concern I’ve ever had.
I currently live here and I love it ! I've had no problems , excellent neighbors , and caring staff in the office. It's a great affordable place to live !
The staff is super friendly, prices are unbeatable! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable living in moline!
My personal apartment is awesome I love it. The management is also very nice. The problem I have is the upkeep of the complex itself. The pool has been out of order for the last several years and never repaired most of the buildings are in need of serious remodeling or some major Maintenace and it takes for ever to get done however as I said before I really enjoy living here and hope these conditions are resolved someday
