Carbon Cliff is a village and suburb along Rock River, about 10 miles west of Moline. A great option for renters looking for a town with easy access to the Quad Cities (Bettendorf, Davenport, Rock Island, Moline, and East Moline), Carbon Cliff features very affordable townhomes and apartments available for rent. The village is predominately residential apart from a few small businesses, but is within close proximity of multiple golf courses. To access more amenities, most residents travel into one of the Quad Cities, especially Moline and East Moline. Highways 5, 92, and 84 make traveling within the region easy, while the Quad City International Airport nearby makes out-of-state travel stress free.

Property Ratings at Rock River Townhomes
Dogs off leash or tied outside (violation of lease), packages stolen from porch, marijuana smoking, non-existent property manager, dirt bikes and 4-wheelers allowed to ride all over the streets and yards, rent increased twice in one year, police called to development several times a month, complaints are made, but nothing is ever done. PLEASE do not rent from this company!!
The new office staff at Rock River Townhomes are very nice and the maintenance staff is very attentive to the needs of the residents. They try to complete all work orders in a timely manner and they are friendly with the residents. We really enjoy the way things are going at Rock River Townhomes and hope they continue on this path.

Office staff is very unprofessional and hard to reach via phone, however when you go in person they are sitting around doing absolutely nothing. Corporate office is even more unprofessional (PreMier Real Estate Management)

Many new updates have made this a beautiful place to live. It is close to town but yet the county atmosphere is very relaxing. The apartments are large and roomy with some of the most spacious ones I saw when apartment shopping. The office staff is very polite and the maintenance staff makes repairs in a timely manner. The kids love the two playgrounds and my hubby finally got his garage/Man Cave!
These are beautiful apartments with many new upgrades. The property manager is very nice and seems to go out of her way to keep the tenant's happy! Maintenance staff is very friendly and gets things done in a timely manner. My kids love the playground, and I love the fact that these apartments are so conveniently located!
I love my new home. It is huge and laid out beautifully. I have lived here for 3 months now and have never had an issue with noise. The staff is super friendly. I have had to call in once to get my garbage disposal fixed. They came right away.
