Horrible rat infested
This place has the big cat rats. Don’t move here they just made it look pretty and they do not use an exterminator

I'm Sorry you had that experience. We have and always had monthly extermination and no other tenants have informed us about rats. We do have a neighborhood cat that comes around the outside of the building. I believe the cat is harmless.
