Honestly just waiting to move into a different community/house. Landscapers constantly blow dirt and debris up onto patios, parking situation is horrible, trash areas are a mess and nothing is done to hold people responsible. Email “reminders” don’t seem to help. Install cameras in problem areas to keep residents accountable… trashy complex.

very nice community, wish they never got rid of the hot tub. Doesnt make any sense why the hot tub would be removed from the pool area, i would’ve given a higher rating but it’s the winter and we got no hot tub :(

The complex id great except not everyone does there due diligence when it comes to animal droppings, when its hot out it smells bad like hot dog pee other than that its great here. The couple that host the community events are also the best.

It's a great and strategic location. It's also secured and smoke free environment. The cleanliness is also an attractive feature. The rent is a bit on the high side and the greatest issue is parking if you've got more than one car.

My experience at rockledge has been good so far. I don't understand the negative reviews from people though, but for me I don't have any issues other than the apartments walls being thin. The only bad experience I've really had was my bike being stolen. I wish there were cameras around the entire community so that it would've been possible to catch the thief. Other than that the clubhouse events are also great! Overall good experience.

1 week in and things are good! Only complaint is I’m living on the first floor and it seems like the ceiling is thin because I hear every step my upstairs neighbor takes. Parking spots are SMALL and finding parking for guests can be very tough some days. Other than that we’re 5 minutes from a park and I feel very safe.

It has been a good experience staying here at Rockledge Fairways. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Overall my neighbors have been great. The pool is well maintained. Residents are seen mostly picking up after their pets. Staff keep us engaged by providing opportunities for us to get to know one another.

Haven’t had great experiences with the management, especially when our car was stolen. When moving in the quality of the actual apartment was what I was hoping and we continually have problems. Thought the area was safe but have grown concern after our car was stolen and have seen many police officers in the area dealing with things.

If you have no where else to go then that’s when I’ll suggest you take up this option. There is absolutely no parking for guest and if you have a roommate, Goodluck. Which you may think isn’t a big deal until you’re looking for a ride to the place and paying $160 for your car to get out the tow yard. There’s a lot of restricted breeds in the complex when it comes to animals they’re pick and choosy. It’s a smoke free community and yet there’s always cigarettes lingering around. Even if you live in the complex and your car is broke down and parked in your spot or your tags are expired they will send the tow truck around in order to tow your vehicles off of their property. Extra parking spaces are available for $4 each night , each space. The neighbors are those that feel entitled yet a lot of people began to move out even after years of living there. They claim to be renovated but only the office is really. The prices don’t add up to what is being given, the actual apartment or service.

It has been overall great, we haven’t had any issues with management or maintenance. There could be a few cosmetic fixes in the apartment but overall I feel safe in the area and love where I live

Just moved in recently, nice place, lots of stores and places to eat in the area.. close to the 10 freeway. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is a little challenging in the evenings.

I seen the pictures so I went in for a tour.. don’t be fooled none of the apartments look like this besides the 4 they built in they brand new leasing off and they’re all rented out.. the rest of the community looks run down compared to the brand new leasing office. I walked out because they’re false advertising!

Lydia in the leasing office was a pleasure to work with. We became “besties” with the amount of phone calls we shared as I asked questions and she would call to keep me updated on the status of my application. You can tell the office is organized and knowledgeable based on the team’s ability to quickly find answers without having to call back later. Our move here was so easy and I’m grateful for the opportunity to live in such a beautiful community.

After reading some negative reviews before officially moving in here. I just want to say many of those must have been untrue. Maintenance is quick. Leasing Office is respectful. A lot of things here are within reason or above average. I love the location. My unit is an 8 out of 10 on my overall satisfaction. And trust me, I am OCD so I can knit pick until I am blue in the face. For the price, I can't beat that. Before moving here, I did the research. Its affordable to live here. There are community events, a great apartment gym. Everything you need shopping wise/lifestyle wise is within 10-20 min. I couldn't have picked a better place for the price. Shoutout everybody in the Leasing office for getting us in here in a timely manner and being professional Lydia, Jess, and Taylor.

Everything that you read about the staff being unprofessional is true. I even spoke to 3 different area manager with grey star and they never even knew the staff because they never visited the property itself. I was harassed by 2 upstairs neighbors and the office staff NEVER did anything about it. Instead the blamed me and never took accountability and lacked professionalism in spelling my name and calling me “petty” when their staff lacked proper education to handle escalating tenants without disrespect. I suggest you don’t rent from grey star they don’t care. Just want your money.

I’m not sure how to put how horrible this place is. From roach infestations to cabinets falling off. I’m currently living with a 4 foot hole in my ceiling that they haven’t fixed in over a week. Maintenance is essentially useless and filled with ex cons, if you request maintenance…. Hide everything. Most of the landscape is rundown and overgrown. Don’t let the nice leasing office fool you. That’s all smoke and mirrors.

Jessica was very pleasant and answered all my questions she showed me the model apt. And went over the details of how to apply. The grounds are kept very nice and clean an it is quite. The pool and bar b que are set up for fun an i love the gym facility

This place is good enough but lacks sufficient space for car parks and children's playgrounds. In addition, the policy of no smoking is just on paper and the attitude of some pet owners is deplorable because they would not stick to the rules. Finally, the $15 being collected from me in the last two years for services not provided is unforgivably inhuman and deliberately exploitative.
