Staff is great, the couple that host the little events here are amazing. The only problem is when the property has vendors that come and do remodeling or fixing units the people who are hired for the job are parking in reserved spaces, its happened to me many times where im driving around and having to wait and find the people to move.

This is a nice place to live not alot of parking for visitors but the grounds are well kept and trash is locked up at least 3 times a week not alot of noise and traffic

I recently had the pleasure of living in Rockledge , and my experience has been largely positive. The location is fantastic, situated close to shopping, dining, and public transportation, making daily commutes convenient. The grounds are well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and ample green spaces. The apartment itself is spacious and modern, featuring updated appliances and plenty of natural light. Maintenance staff are prompt and friendly, addressing any issues quickly. The community amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, are well-kept and provide great opportunities for relaxation and socializing. While the noise levels can be a bit high during weekends, overall, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The management team is responsive and professional, making the leasing process smooth. Overall we are very pleased. The leasing office has been fantastic to work with. The complex is very peaceful and well-kept. Noise is very minimal. Our only complaint was several broken items we felt should have been addressed prior to our arrival as they were blatantly obvious. But we are confident they will be corrected in short order. We're looking forward to our stay!

I love the space of apartment but the annoying thing is finding parking spots always full. Every apartment should have 2 spots it’s more convenient.

I like this Community, I feel safe, it's dog friendly. I enjoy walking my dog near the golf course. I enjoy the layout of my apartment. The landscape throughout the community is nicely done. The pool and gym are always kept clean.

When a service request is made the staff take care of in 2 days or less. My garbage disposal stopped working on New years eve. I'm a homeowner for 30 years and I know that sound when it is failing. I place the service request at 5:30 AM and went to work. My husband notified me the work had been completed at 6:30 AM. I want to give a shout to the service crew for resolving this quickly. I can live without many amenities, but a garbage disposal is not one of them. Moving to this apt with that amenity has been great!

Honestly just waiting to move into a different community/house. Landscapers constantly blow dirt and debris up onto patios, parking situation is horrible, trash areas are a mess and nothing is done to hold people responsible. Email “reminders” don’t seem to help. Install cameras in problem areas to keep residents accountable… trashy complex.

very nice community, wish they never got rid of the hot tub. Doesnt make any sense why the hot tub would be removed from the pool area, i would’ve given a higher rating but it’s the winter and we got no hot tub :(

The complex id great except not everyone does there due diligence when it comes to animal droppings, when its hot out it smells bad like hot dog pee other than that its great here. The couple that host the community events are also the best.

It's a great and strategic location. It's also secured and smoke free environment. The cleanliness is also an attractive feature. The rent is a bit on the high side and the greatest issue is parking if you've got more than one car.

My experience at rockledge has been good so far. I don't understand the negative reviews from people though, but for me I don't have any issues other than the apartments walls being thin. The only bad experience I've really had was my bike being stolen. I wish there were cameras around the entire community so that it would've been possible to catch the thief. Other than that the clubhouse events are also great! Overall good experience.

1 week in and things are good! Only complaint is I’m living on the first floor and it seems like the ceiling is thin because I hear every step my upstairs neighbor takes. Parking spots are SMALL and finding parking for guests can be very tough some days. Other than that we’re 5 minutes from a park and I feel very safe.

It has been a good experience staying here at Rockledge Fairways. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Overall my neighbors have been great. The pool is well maintained. Great community and apartments! clean surrounding and cute pool. Some of the apartments have a mini backyard. It’s been great living here! All of the community gatherings make us feel so nice.

The complex is quite, kept very clean and the staff is really responsive. It is close to anything someone would need. I highly recommend the property to anyone who is looking.

I love living here, friendly neighbors, quiet & clean. The staff in the office are very helpful & nice. The neighborhood is very good, so many places within walking distance.

Haven’t had great experiences with the management, especially when our car was stolen. When moving in the quality of the actual apartment was what I was hoping and we continually have problems. Thought the area was safe but have grown concern after our car was stolen and have seen many police officers in the area dealing with things.

Maintenance team is knowledgeable and really quick to respond. Grounds crew works to keep the place nice looking. Overall a nice place, close to everything we need.

My experience here at Rockledge has been great. The staff provide activities that give residents an opportunity to get to know each other. The gym is up to date with 24/7 access for residents. The property located in a very nice neighborhood and is clean. I'm renewing my lease again!

I loved the staff members really nice and caring. The only problem is the parking you can never find a parking spot & my apartment was infested with termites

All was good except for the move out process was awful. The staff needs to be better trained and greystar needs to understand they are in a business of people, not only profit.

If you have no where else to go then that’s when I’ll suggest you take up this option. There is absolutely no parking for guest and if you have a roommate, Goodluck. Which you may think isn’t a big deal until you’re looking for a ride to the place and paying $160 for your car to get out the tow yard. There’s a lot of restricted breeds in the complex when it comes to animals they’re pick and choosy. It’s a smoke free community and yet there’s always cigarettes lingering around. Even if you live in the complex and your car is broke down and parked in your spot or your tags are expired they will send the tow truck around in order to tow your vehicles off of their property. Extra parking spaces are available for $4 each night , each space. The neighbors are those that feel entitled yet a lot of people began to move out even after years of living there. They claim to be renovated but only the office is really. The prices don’t add up to what is being given, the actual apartment or service.

It has been overall great, we haven’t had any issues with management or maintenance. There could be a few cosmetic fixes in the apartment but overall I feel safe in the area and love where I live

Love the friendly community, the club house events, and amazing pool. Really GREAT community for dog lovers. The grounds crew keep the property looking great, and maintenance is always quick to fix/repair anything.

Just moved in recently, nice place, lots of stores and places to eat in the area.. close to the 10 freeway. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is a little challenging in the evenings.

Been here for 6 years. Maintenance is quick and the office works with you with pretty much anything. Dont lose your tow card, parking is a free-for-all. Otherwise quaint
