Rocklin, California sits just 21 miles northeast of Sacramento along I-80. This busy city is more than a suburb -- it is home to Sierra College and William Jessup University. It is filled with shopping plazas, such as the large Blue Oaks Town Center, and a section of Granite Drive is known as "Toy Row." (These toys are for grown-ups -- such as RVs and boats.) Rocklin is directly north of Roseville and residents enjoy easy access to Westfield Galleria at Roseville, providing even more shopping.
You'll enjoy fantastic mountain views when you move to a Rocklin apartment -- the city is surrounded by the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Sutter-Butte mountain range. Quarry Park features hiking trails and an amphitheater where concerts are often held.

I did not suggest this apartment, over 2 month after we moved from the property they keep send us bill for repairing stuff. First around 2 weeks of moved the charge us for some repairing and clean up, I thought it is done but agin after 2 month I received another bill that cabinet door repaired and send us another bill, actually, I do know for how long they plan to renew their property with my pocket?
Has become too loud. Has shifted from families to groups of young people living 4 per unit. No parking as all 4 people in the units have cars and of course all their friends that come over to party do as well.. Loud parties at all hours. It is a shame as this was a great place to live until management began to rent to these large groups. If you don't mind people sitting on their decks and smoking pot all night chatting it up, go for it. Otherwise, I am sad to say this is not the place to be. It is a shame, because it was a great place to live. My guess is anyone over 30 with a job will be leaving as soon as they can.
I love this place. It's a medium size complex but it has that home town feel. We have lived her for over 10years and the staff couldn't be nicer. Although we are not in the remodeled apartments, the new ones are wonderful with great upgrades. You can rent bbq at pool area for a small party or rent out clubhouse. They have washer in dryers in units and garages for an additional fee to rent. They also have amazing summer pool bash for all residents, and it's free. They also do one at Christmas time with horse and carriage rides, free wrapping, free dinner, and prize giveaways. It's by far the best place we have rented. Maintenance has a quick turn around on work orders. The place is spacious and clean, they are constantly doing upgrades around property to maintain standards. The only draw back we have ever had is the back gate doesn't always work. It's a minor detail overall.

I like living here. The apartments are your typical apartments, but the complex isn't typica. Its clean and kept up. Its located perfectly by stores, trails and schools. The neighborhood is fantastik and safe. I love that this complex isn't owned by corporate and it feels like a community. The office staff is always nice and friendly. The bad part is rent is a little to high and the walls are so think I can hear my neighbor snoring. I would recommend living here

Va let garbage, gift wrapping, clean pool and a well appointed gym are just a few great aspects of rocklin ranch. I called today for my air filter to be changed, it was done in within 2 hours. They host parties for the residents as well. I highly recommend living here.

I have lived here at Rocklin Ranch for three years. Yes, it's true, the prices have been slowly climbing over the past few years...but you do truly get what you pay for. First of all, even though the prices seem a little on the high side, if you shop around the area, the other comparable apartments are pretty similarly priced. I am very happy living here. The apartments are very nice with taller ceilings and crown molding, ceiling fans and big patios. It's those little things that make a difference. The landscaping is lovely and well maintained. The views from the apartments are very nice and park-like. I would definitely say the landscaping is one of the things that sets this particular complex apart from other nice apartment complexes. So, if not living in a concrete jungle is important to you, definitely check it out. Next good thing is maintenance. I've lived in several apartment complexes over the years. Rocklin Ranch's maintenance is by far the best I've experienced. They are super quick to respond, friendly, honest, upbeat, and professional. Another positive is that the office staff seems like they actually want to help you. At a lot of apartment complex offices the girls act like you are disturbing them. At Rocklin Ranch, they make you feel more welcome. Also, all the resident events really gives you a feeling of community as the residents come down to mingle and get to know each other. Overall, I would recommend Rocklin Ranch.

I moved into Rocklin Ranch in 2008. I absolutely love it here. The people are neighborly, the pool is a retreat, the gym is convenient, everything I need is within 2 miles. From the trees and open grass to the extra large living space, this is our home. My children have grown in their schools and have made life long friends here. We have enjoyed the events and memories made. Bottom line, we have home pride and recommend Rocklin Ranch to anyone who is a true apartment dweller.
