Rockrimmon is a small residential community located along Interstate 25 approximately eight miles north of Downtown Colorado Springs. While the apartments are nice overall. Management is always nice and professional. The fees for using the clubhouse and guest parking are completely unacceptable.

Every interaction we have with the staff is always great. From package inquiries, adding a new pet to our home, to any maintenance request we have. The maintenance request that was most recently taken care of by Jeremy was quick and informative. He was so kind to the newest member of our household (our puppy Pablo) and it was greatly appreciated. Our experience has been nothing but great!

We love living at Rockrimmon Apts! The complex is clean and has great amenities. It is in close proximity to everything we need - groceries, local restaurants and outdoor activities. I love how dog friendly the apartments are. Dan is extremely helpful and made the whole process stress-free.

There is no real maintenance crew so if you ever have a maintenance emergency outside of business hours, you have to deal with it yourself.

We moved in a few months ago and so far have really enjoyed living here. The front office staff are super friendly and made the move in process very easy. The amenities are very nice, the apartment was clean when we moved in. Dan has been super amazing! We really enjoy living here!

Lots of space, mailroom is nice. Just be aware that I25 is very audible, a train comes by frequently, and airplanes are common at late bours.

Rockrimmon Apartments is a clean, modern, well-maintained complex. My company moved me here after my heart attack, and it turned out to be the ideal place to recover. I've recovered and I still live here, and am planning on renewing my lease at the end of my 3rd year..

Although I have only ever rented a handful of places, I have nothing but good experiences with Rockrimmon. The leasing and maintenance staff are always pleasant, helpful, and responsive. The grounds are clean and neighbors are friendly. And instead of hoarding their money, Rockrimmon actually uses it to improve the place.
