Bedford rests 12 miles southeast of Cleveland, and is considered to be one of the most historic suburbs in the Greater Cleveland Area. Bedford’s roots as a colonial mill town bestow a historical ambiance, as landmarks, buildings, and local legends make it a downright intriguing place to explore.
Much of the city’s expanses of lush green space are a part of the Cleveland Metroparks, which contributes ample opportunities for outdoor recreation to the community. Great Falls of Tinker's Creek is one of the premier sights in the area, exemplifying Bedford’s natural beauty and historical significance.
Bedford also touts an array of modern amenities. Convenience stores, supermarkets, and auto malls are strewn throughout the city, while specialty shops, cozy cafes, and diverse eateries line the vibrant Broadway Avenue in Bedford’s historic downtown. Getting around from Bedford is a breeze with convenience to I-271, I-480, and Route 8.

Property Ratings at Rockside Park Towers
I’ve been living in building C for about 10 months now. Sometimes the dryers don’t work on my floor, people litter in the hallways and sometimes are loud too especially in the parking lot. The leasing office never really answers the phone or calls you back even if you’ve left a voicemail. A few times the power has went out in the entire building and the elevators have randomly been down before. For the price and what’s included I expect better living. Maintenance is typically friendly and they’re fast with responding to issues. I wish they would renovate every apartment considering how much money the residents spend. I probably wouldn’t recommend living here though so keep looking..

We are sorry to hear about the concerns you've had while in our community. We’re sorry to see your customer service experience has fallen below our high standards of resident care. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID-19, our offices have been closed for the safety of our staff and residents. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call and we would be happy to speak with you. Thank you.
Disgusting place. Rude people. Maintenance is clueless. My apartment flooded with sewage multiple times AND caught fire when the outlets sparked, burning the carpets. The bathtub was constantly backing up with sewage and the guy above me flooded his apartment which then also flooded mine. I begged to be let out of the lease but had to take it to court due to management refusing to let me leave even though there was sewage and mold everywhere. DO NOT LIVE HERE. You’d be better off living in the streets. Disgusting place no one should ever have to live in.
I’ve watched this property turn bad. There is trash all over the parking lot ,noisy neighbors litter in the hallway trash piles up in the laundry room not to mention the smell of cigarettes that come through your vent from your neighbors people sling there trash off the balconies and dog poop all in the grass. maintenance is better at answering your problems but overall the community itself wouldn’t recommend it only going down from here not worth the price
Love the place.. Love my space.. I've been living here for Bout 6 months and I've been loving how I'm living.. Remodeled is what I went with and its clean and comfortable
Move in was easy.. Very clean and people are friendly.. I would recommend everyone
My apt is great. Not many issues and is extremely spacious.
I recently graduated college and needed an apartment that was affordable and the right space for me. I was nervous at first , a new town, living on my own for the first time, but once I got settled here at rockside all my worries went away. They made the transition very easy and helped me out with all of the little details. A great apartment, I'm glad I found it on apartments.com
