Overall, it is a good complex. I enjoy the amenities, the location, and all that work here. The only problem I see is that some things take a long time to resolve, such as broken elevators and cleaning some areas when something happens.
Great place to live and great amenities. I love it and my kids love it when they spend weekends with me. During the summer they love going to the pool. I like the garage, the mailboxes, the trash and especially my storage unit. Everything is so accessible. I would recommend these apts and give them a 5 star rating
I wouldn’t consider these “luxury” as advertised. The fixes made after previous tenants broke some things are shotty and mismatched, cheap, and not done well. The baby poop green walls and matching carpets throughout are terrible. As well as the stains/messes on them. The first floor isn’t ground level which I found out too late. I definitely suggest not renting unseen. Had I seen I would’ve chose elsewhere. For the price this isn’t what I was expecting. Upon move in a things needed fixed/replaced that in previous luxury apartments would have been done before hand. Dog poop, everywhere. The property itself doesn’t quite match the photos I viewed online. Small pool area which is also facing the street. The parking in front is terrible. The location is all around not great. Elevator has been down since I moved in. It’s decent enough inside I just don’t consider it luxury as advertised and priced. No stainless appliances either. Balcony is small I thought 1st floor meant ground level with patio. Office people are nice.
The small details of Maintenence upkeep should get more attention. Jocelyn is pretty amazing and so nice. I have plenty of room and a great view.
I would recommend the maintenance staff because they were quick and got the job done to my satisfaction
it works well! Except when the elvator is broken it takes an extreme amount of time to get it fixed and then when it is working again-there should be an all point message that it is working again-without have to try it out and waste time waiting to see if it works at the elevator door!!

Great location, newer apts, pet friendly, quiet even when neighbors played louder music on the weekends. Walls must have been well sound proofed, no noises from floors above when people walked.

I don't miss having a house at all. My worries of taking care of it is gone. Maintenance is exemplary. With the exemption of pet owners who doesn't take care of their pets droppings. Other than that , living at the is very good.

The move in was relatively painless, the access to elevators is convenient. Package pickup and mail is easy. I would definitely recommend it.

I am long time resident, telling you that I loved this apartment because I feel safe, and maintenance keeps it clean and running smoothly as repair and maintenance is concerned. Except for some tenants that have pets and do not clean after their pets. Stepping and smelling the dog poop and pee is not to my liking at all.
Absolutely love the complex, the parking is great even without having to pay for parking. But you would want to live on the 4th floor. The subfloor is not made well and you can hear all of the steps and items falling on the floor. It's always noisy. But I have an end unit so I only have one noisy neighbor.
I love it here and would love to have my friends close by!! I've already started the recruiting process.

I would not recommend because there is a lot of dog issues in this complex with clean up. The entrance to the elevators are dirty. However, I would recommend if someone had dogs.

Many dog owners will not control their aggressive pets and a few do not clean up after their dogs in their back yards every day. But the staff ..office and maintenance are excellent.
These are the best apartments I have ever lived in! There are lots of amenities for the whole family. The apartments are quiet and clean. They have the best staff who take care of concerns immediately. The maintenance staff are friendly and hard workers. Everyone I have come into contact with are very helpful and friendly! Elevator problems. Vandalism problems. Poor cell signal, even with cell booster in apt. Lukewarm hot tub. Everything else was very good.
I really like living here. I've recommended RC to a handful of people. We are now just waiting for everyone's leases to be up :-)
I have lived here for 5 years so I have seen a lot of management come and go. It would be nice to have the same one for awhile. They would get to know the people and people would get to know them. The manager that is there not is not very pleasant. The new assistant is very helpful. I see the apartment complex going down in some areas. The pool is always nasty. In the past it was always sparkling clean. Thanks for considering the concerns I have stated.
My only concern is dog owners doesn't care about taking responsibility on picking up dog poop after their pets. Wish there would be a designated area where they can take their pets to do their business and be responsible enough to clean after them. Letting dogs pee right at the entrance to the building doesn't give a good impression on new (possible tenants)especially when bad odor heats you as you enter the building. Sometimes you can find the pet poop on the hallway. Other than that I would recommend and have recommended living here at the Commons. It is safe and quite.
The office as well as the maintenance personnel are very good to listen when you are talking, to understand what you are saying. They do not talk down to you, which I have had happen in the past. I very much appreciate this. We have great personnel at this complex!
