New Manager
The new manager as of about 2 months ago harasses her tenants, visitors, and if overall rude. Makes snotty, disrespectful comments, and is the worst manager i’ve ever seen. The previous manager, Vanessa, was a much better fit for this position. She was helpful to all tenants, caring, and has such a positive and bubbly attitude. Wish they would bring her back.

Nice apartments, bad management
We loved the community, and the apartment itself was sturdy, clean and nice. We had plenty of space for our three kids, at a good price. However the management is just terrible. We had 3 different managers in the time we lived there, which was less than a year. I haven't heard of a single person who has gotten their security deposit back. We put in a couple of maintenance requests that never got filled. They were never in the office when we needed them. I would recommend these apartments to any low-income family, but would also suggest you be there for both the check-in and check-out inspections, and just be warned that the managers will not be very helpful.

Rockwell Court
The apartment is great! We have three bed, two baths, and tons of space. The apartment its self is perfect for us but the only problem that we have, is that the management is awful. We still have things that were broken when we moved in three months ago, that still haven't been fixed.

Rockwell Court Apartments
It's a very clean and quiet community. The tenants here are very friendly and the manager here is very precise in getting things done and in an orderly fashion.
