Resting in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains, Wildwood is ranked as the best place to raise a family in Missouri, according to Niche.com. This Saint Louis suburb has great schools and some are even ranked as the highest performing in the state. Wildwood is community oriented with lots of festivals and events throughout the year. The annual Celebrate Wildwood unites families and friends with a parade, water slides, pony rides, and more. Missouri is known for its juicy spare ribs so naturally the town holds the Wildwood BBQ Bash every year. The city appreciates the arts and celebrates through the Wildwood Art Festival and Music on Main during the summer months.
Geographically, Wildwood is the third largest city in the State of Missouri, with abundant natural areas and reservations. Rockwoods Range is a popular outdoor recreation spot with thick forested areas, limestone outcrops, and natural springs.

Property Ratings at Rockwood Springs
The new manager seems to be taking care of things, like refilling the dog bag dispensers. She is also trying to build community with various events.
Residents here are honest. Nobody steals packages! I appreciate the consistent good job that management and maintenance do here. My nearest neighbors are quiet, nice, and thoughtful. I really like living at Rockwood Springs!
They are a little understaffed, the ladies in the office are always nice . As far as living experience is good, still waiting on patio replacement and other indoor tune ups
Hit & miss. Overall pretty friendly, but lots of soliciting lately… I will say there’s been an influx on parking as well which isn’t convenient with children. Maintenance is pretty quick and easy efficient. Lots of turnover in property management but the two ladies we have now seen great. Learned the complex is under new ownership hence the influx of pricing on certain amenities which can be frustrating.
We quite and nice area to live. Lots of room and natural lighting. Close to some really fun things like hiking trails. Residents are nice and welcoming.
Management does not believe residence when they’re having issues with their unit. Even when the resident is proven right that there’s a problem with the unit. Should be zero stars
The staff is great and it’s such an amazing apartment! I live in one of the two bedroom with a loft apartments and it is wonderful. The loft is a great area for my dogs to have their own space to hang out :)
If I could give this place negative stars I would. I never ever leave reviews, let alone a bad review but dang this one earned. You want things fixed on time? Probably won't happen. It took them 10 months to put siding on our building, which resulted in a $360-$400 utility bill. The only plus to this place is that it's close to a great Mexican restaurant.
The apartment is older but well maintained. Service requests get filled quickly and never with a question. Would love more care to the pet area and pet bins around plus more trash areas would be nice.
quiet, safe place. clean and friendly neighbors, nice covered parking spots and cute little dog park. pool is also nice! big apartments with a lot of space
Transferred on property from a 1 bedroom to a larger apt. at the same time we had a new manager come in. She has been wonderful making our transition as smooth as possible while transitioning into her position. Rachel and Zoe are so easy to communicate with and resolving issues. I have already seen positive changes to the property.
Good community great place safe neighborhood one of my favorite places I’ve rented so far. I really liked the property manager Sarah very sweet
Everyone is so friendly and kind. When we have an issue with maintenance they come right away and fix it. Management is super kind and always goes above and beyond.
Overall, the move in experience was a little rocky. We had to make several adjustments as to when we were able to move in due to outside issues with vendors not showing up. This was to be desired, as my family packed up and moved over 800 miles. The apartment complex is nice and well kept and has been pretty quiet overall. It's also super close for getting groceries, shopping, and lots of restaurants.
Great thus far. Pool, gym, and lounge are nice areas to frequent. This will be my third year here at Rockwood Springs Apartment. It is a great experience.
Great area and love the features of my unit. It wasn’t very clean upon move in despite “professionally cleaners” coming in. The appliances don’t work the best- stove and dishwasher to be specific and the wooden stairs outside need replaced. I would still recommend this complex to anyone as it is one of the best deals in Wildwood
This place isn’t what it use to be. Communication is lacking. Been waiting on a simple task to get completed since I transferred back in December. Now, and yet again, we have a new property manager.
Everyone is very friendly and respectful of one another. The house is immaculate and up-kept. I enjoy the quiet. I don't see myself moving any time soon.
Hoping it gets better! Lots of turnover in the leasing office. Slow maintenance follow up. Overpriced for renovated and unrenovated units as well.
Animal friendly, I enjoy seeing all the pups around walking, and the kitties in the window very nice people but everyone mostly stays to themselves.
I reported a broken waterline two months ago. I’ve called several times about what action is being taken to fix it. I still have not heard back from management. My water bill is more than my electric bill. Their resolution was just pay half of it. I am now using bottled water for everything that I possibly can. Only using the water for laundry, dishes, and shower. I have been doing that all month. I would give zero stars, but it won’t allow me. I have lived here for 4 years and this is how they treat their residence.
such a great place to live! They are so helpful and always ready to answer questions! they love to get to know residence and even remember little details during conversations:)
I’ve been here almost two months and so far it has been a nice experience. I can’t hear my neighbors and hopefully they don’t hear me. It’s kind of nestled in a beautiful neighborhood . I’m getting used to the area and my little place.
The staff in the office really care and are very responsive. I love that we are sitting in the middle of a safe and quiet neighborhood. I feel safe and comfortable here. Rent everywhere is high, but I feel like what I pay to live here is worth it in today's economy, especially since they could charge a lot more just based on location alone.
