Unfair property value

New property management doubled rent from last land owner forcing people who have lived here for decades out of there homes Cambridge real estate has monopolized this area and because there are no laws keeping them from unfair rent increases many family's will be out of a home. Please do not move into these townhomes at this price a 3br was 960 a month before they took over in January of this year.
