I give this place 5 Stars. I been here for 4 Years with no issues. Staff and Maintenance are great I'm sure they bargain a tuff job. No one is perfect and to trying to keep up a community with poor participation from some of the tenants can be ruff. But the get the job done. Chris and Caleb are amazing at they job and what they do. Very friendly Maintenance men that does their job with a smile. In house Staff( the Manager and her Assistance ) is extremely helpful and kind. They mean business and that's a community I wouldn't mind remaining my stay. Thanks for all you do.. Tenant

I pay my rent on time so why hasn’t the gate been fixed on a timely manner? It’s been broken for months some move here specially for the gate safety , trash be overflowing and the vacuums aren’t good and the Exercise room has gotten smaller and smaller and some of the equipment doesn’t even work
Too much drugs you complain nothing is being done the smell goes through the walls weed, crack also people smoke cigarettes in theses apartments there was also a shooting not too long ago the office knew nothing was done. Hope someone does something about theses apartments or it will go downhill quick.
My complex is ok it has a few things they can change the pool should be larger and have a lifeguard the pool gets a lot of use needs to be cleaned 2-3 times a week stop Trash overflow fix and upgrade playground fix and upgrade fitness center keep breeze ways clean
The grounds are very beautiful, well kept. The apartments are nice but, the noise level of interior/ exterior are slight. What do I mean? You could hear the persons conversation outside and they can hear yours. They lag in there office work. My lease expired last month I'm still waiting to sign 1. However, the staff is personable once your able to talk to them.
The apartments are huge inside. 9 foot ceilings and large bedrooms, lots of space. Located right on the busiest road with the most traffic. The neighborhood is friendly for the most part except all the children who play in the parking lot as opposed to the actual playground. The trash receptacle is constantly overflowed and reeks. The neighborhood has cops living there but not very social and the office management is nice. This is supposed to be a gated community, but the gates are always open or broken. The pool is barely open because the kids manage to get it closed as soon as it opens. Nonetheless the apartments are nice.
