The historic Chambersburg neighborhood lies in southeast Trenton, New Jersey. Like much of Trenton, Chambersburg is filled with historic brick buildings, left over from the area’s industrial past; several of these buildings have been repurposed into apartments and retail space in recent years. Popularly known as "the 'Burg," the community has long been known for celebrating its Italian heritage, which cultivated a thriving restaurant scene over the years. As time has passed, the culinary scene has diversified with the population, and eateries like the Italian People’s Bakery on Butler and Mi Tierra on South Clinton continue to attract foodies from across the city. Locals also enjoy convenient access to the Sun National Bank Center arena and the Trenton Transit Center train station.

Property Ratings at Roebling Lofts
Place is always dirty! Management is nasty and rude! Mice and roaches! Drains are always clogged !! No maintenance team! Nothing really in the building for all you pay and parking lot is always broken into it
Lived here for about 2 years. My first year here there was a huge bedbug problem. The entire 3rd floor had to get treated for bedbugs. Months down the line, someone moved in a couple doors down the hall and kept there trash in the hallway. Mice started to come and that became a problem. Not to mention management doesn’t answer the phone to provide solutions or answers. I’ve tried reaching out to management multiple times and heard nothing back. The spiral staircase in my unit was a huge concern as it was very loose. One of the steps became loose and fell off one day when I arrived home. I noticed maintenance and it took them 7 days to fix it. I had to sleep on my couch for those 7 days.
I cannot wait to move so I can sleep! I feel like I live with my neighbors. You hear every step your upstairs neighbors take. Their kitchen/living room is above your bedroom. And mine like to stump around all day and drop heavy objects on the hardwood floor after 8pm and well into midnight. More people are working from home and we have to listen to these daily obnoxious noises non-stop. I’m over it!
If you enjoy $250 to $450 utility bills, cockroaches popping in from time to time, garbage inside and around the building including, used condoms, beer and liquor bottles, dog waste and old furniture, this is the place for you. The new "Management group" took this property from a 4 stars to a 2 stars fast! 3 years here and when my lease is up, I'm out!
I lived in the Roebling Lofts this past year, and highly recommend it! The apartments are beautiful and light-filled, the new kitchen appliances are excellent, and it is an all around extremely comfortable place to live. I regularly commuted to New York and the access to the Transit Center is a major plus. The neighborhood isn't much to look at but has a number of great restaurants, new coffee shops, and an interesting history.
I absolutely love everything about the Roebling Lofts! I love the loft’s layout, location and amenities. Niasia in the management office is friendly and very easy to work with. I’ve been a resident for a month and have no complaints thus far!
So regret my decision. Do not be like me and move to this dump

We are sorry that you are unhappy with your decision to move to Roebling Lofts, Trenton's newest and most modern loft apartments. It is a sentiment not shared by our other residents. Please stop by the management office so that we can discuss your concerns.
I've lived in Trenton since 2011, I really love living in this area- if I want to hop on train when I get some free time, I can get to NYC/Philly or anywhere Amtrak takes you. (also cheap flights, out of Trenton's Airport) In the summer I also love driving out to the shore too. Trenton has a great quality of life and lots of great things going on that anyone can participate in, especially in the arts. As I mentioned I've lived in Trenton for a few years and this has to be hands down the most stunning apartments I've seen here, and in other cities. I can't wait to move there!

Thank you for your review! We look forward to having you as a resident.
Great light from huge factory windows, incredibly high-quality finishes for an apartment building--bamboo flooring is a particularly nice touch! Not to mention really cool kitchens--when was the last time you saw an induction range with a convection oven in an apartment? This is a great place for serious cooks! But perhaps the best part is the staff. Ria, the building manager, really cares about everyone; she just makes you feel at home. Her staff is also incredibly helpful and responsive; you really fee taken care of here.

Thank you for your review. We are thrilled that you love all of the apartment features at Roebling Lofts and that our staff is providing great service.
I loved this building from the moment I drove up: The huge windows, the historic masonry, the feeling of energy. And then I went into one of the units: These are REAL lofts, with super tall ceilings, tons of light, exposed steel and wood structure. The first floor units have polished concrete floors; the upper floors have bamboo; I liked both of them. And the lounge on the fourth floor is really stunning. They even kept one of the original machines from the building!

Thank you for your review. The historic elements of the building is fundamental to its character. But, we have also added some very modern features and design elements to make sure living at Roebling Lofts meets today's lifestyle needs.
I'd heard about these apartments and was blown away! The spaces are beautiful, with huge windows, tall ceilings, beautiful appliances, etc. I love how easy it is to get to the building. The neighborhood is a little scruffy, but there's a great grocery store on the next block, some really great restaurants, and lots happening. Very exciting!
On this snowy day in Trenton New Jersey I chose to write about my experience at the Roebling Lofts. First, I chose this living environment for a few reasons: the builders are giving back to their community, they created an eco-friendly building and are bringing about a healthy change to the community. With any new construction there will always be things to work through. The staff here have gone above and beyond to ensure a safe, warm, and inclusive place to reside. In addition, when there are things that do come up, they are handled promptly and with all good intention. Before judging based on someone else's words, come check it out! I personally have only had to use heat abut 10-12 times all winter! The solar panels do the work - Hope to see many new faces as the builders continue there project which includes more then apartments; it includes a beautiful vision and mission-

The staff are the best! Nyasia and Ria are so professional, on top of things and go the extra mile for a everything! I was indecisive and changed apartments twice because they have so many beautiful ones to choose from and they made the accommodations without incident! I can't wait to move in Monday Aug.7th. This area of Trenton is going through a transformation and in a few years it won't be recognized as what it was before!! Walking distance to train station and to grocery store is always a plus for anyone that lives in Jersey!!
