Living at this community has been a breath of fresh air! Elan Menlo Park offers beautiful, modern and sleek interior design for dwelling units, along with convenient amenities that I use on a daily basis. I appreciate this peaceful community, along with their lovely office staff. They were very warm and welcoming from the moment I called to tour the community. I was instantly sold!

I really have been enjoying my stay here at Elan Menlo. The staff has been good to me and my family! It's very quiet and peaceful. I love the amenities they are available all year round! Oh yeah safety is not something I worry about at Elan Menlo Park all buildings are locked at all times!!

I’ve been a resident at this apartment complex for over three years, and I’d like to share my thoughts. Overall, there are both positives and areas for improvement. Pros: Clean and Well-Maintained: The apartments are consistently clean and well-maintained. Kudos to the maintenance team for their prompt service! Helpful Staff: The office staff is friendly and efficient. Convenient Location: Being close to the highway makes commuting easy. Cons: Safety Concerns: Unfortunately, there’s a significant safety issue related to package deliveries. The lack of security in the packaging area has led to several lost packages. It’s essential that management addresses this promptly. I have talked to the office and they said owner does not want to add security! Parking Challenges: Finding parking within the complex can be frustrating. Street parking is often my only option, that is not even available if it at nights. In summary, while I appreciate the positives, the safety and parking issues need attention. I hope management takes steps to enhance the overall experience for residents.

Elan is a great community with many nice amenities and in a great location.

Elan is a beautiful, well maintained and safe space to come home to after a long day. Management is accessible, helpful, and are all so welcoming. We have been residents for almost three years and haven't seen another place that makes us feel like Elan does.

My husband was promoted and we had 10 days to hire a moving company, pack our house, find an apartment, and get moved from San Diego to San Francisco. Elan Menlo Park was the last stop on my list, and I wish it had been my first because it would have saved me a lot of time (I flew up for 1.5 days to look at apartments somewhere in that 10 day period). From the moment I walked into the leasing office, I knew this was the place for us! The community managers and maintenance staff are all so professional and friendly and made moving here a breeze. We have been residents at Elan for almost a year now, and love the complex (it has great amenities!), the location, and our apartment!

Live here if you enjoy cohabitating with ants. They will find every way to get in. And the monthly fee for pest control does absolutely nothing.

Its quiet, beautifully designed and has lots of amazing amenities.

Lots of added fees to my surprise; "cold water" What does that mean...? More transparency. Also..."Hot water" and a "water heating" fee? Sewer fee is $107.09! My PG&E was $30 and totally separate.

You need a better designated area for residents to bring their recycling and garbage.

Elan Menlo Park is a hidden gem in the local area. Apartment community is very pleasant and management staff are excellent. Location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Elan Menlo Park is a wonderful community in which to live. The management and staff are always very friendly and helpful, the community is not too large, not too small, it feels like a real neighborhood. We know most of our neighbors and their pets, as Elan Menlo is a very pet friendly community. We would highly recommend Elan Menlo as a wonderful place to live.

Elan Menlo Park has exceeded our needs, as we are here for an extended medical stay for our daughter at Standard and UCSF. The centralized location is ideal. The property is well-maintained, very clean, but most importantly very friendly and welcoming. The leasing staff is exceptional, making us feel like family! Elan Menlo Park is just the right size, giving it a close neighborhood feeling, with plenty of walking trails nearby for our dog, and plenty of on-site amenities, including a pool, hot-tub, full gym, game room and ample parking . We are so glad we chose to live in this lovely community!

Elan Menlo Park is a very well managed, well maintained small community, with very nice Neil, nice amenities, is very dog friendly, and very conveniently located for access to Stanford and UCSF. We have been here for a lengthy stay, as my daughter was in a critical car accident at home in Hawaii, and is undergoing extensive surgeries. The location of Elan Menlo has been ideal for our purposes.

The office staff is just great! Always smiling, helpful and professional. The maintenance staff is very nice. Always busy but still takes the time to give a friendly wave. The property looks so nice and clean. I really like living hear and have told several of my friends about it.

Quiet and clean. Pet friendly and convenient to airport . Office is friendly and maintenance is responsive. Garages are spacious and convenient.

Elan is a clean, friendly, safe place to live. Amentities are excellent. Staff is very good.

We have lived here for a year and a half and really enjoy the quality of the apartment and the overall safety of the community. While the price is steep, the walls are thick and its close to work.

I lived in this community for one year. Pros: Beautiful community, well maintained, great, if not many unnecessary amenities, easy access to US-101, super fast high-speed Fiber internet options Cons: Odors from other apartments inside my unit. Smell of cigarette smoke from other units, even though it is a non-smoking community, shoddy construction, thin walls make it easy to hear almost all noise from neighbors, inept and deceptive leasing staff, location - Haven Ave is a bit seedy at night. Avoid walking on the street. Mandatory trash valet fee, leasing office / company arbitrarily change lease terms after it is signed, utilities fees are excessive and difficult to understand. Non-existent enforcement of policies, e.g. parking, dog owners not controlling and/or picking up after their dogs. Summary: I do not recommend. There are far better options for the money, especially considering location. Leasing staff and terms are deceptive. Ask for explicit details on lease arrangement, fees, policies, etc.

My wife and I decided to rent this property during our relocation to the Bay Area. The reviews on all the websites were good and we decided to give it a try, however our experience have not been satisfactory so far. The soundproof between the units is nonexistent, you can hear people slamming doors, walking/pounding on the unit above and having loud conversations. The construction is very poor as well, every time a neighbor slams their door our unit shakes. The smells from the unit above comes down to your unit through the ventilation duct in the laundry area. If your neighbor upstairs is a marijuana smoker, like ours, your unit will have this smell constantly. Also, the marijuana smell coming from other units concentrates outside the front door gets inside your apartment. Yes, there are a lot of marijuana smokers in the property even that it claims to be a non-smoking property. There are multiple Airbnb units in the property and large parties happen on weekends. They use the pool area and the grills leaving then very dirty and unusable for the residents. Sometimes they play loud music past quiet hours. The assigned parking spots policy is not enforced. We find cars constantly parked in our covered parking spot, which we pay for. We have let management known about all these issues, however their response is always call security. We have called security several times and none if the issues have been solved. By the way they also changed security companies very recently and the new company is very unresponsive and rude. We definitively recommend you steer clear from this place if you want to save money and avoid headaches.

We've been living here for almost 2 months and everyone that comes to visit agrees that we made the right decision moving here! The building, amenities, and property are always spotless, and my apartment is perfect. I had such a great experience working with the onsite management team during my relocation to the Bay, and they really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Highly recommend this property!

Moving to Elan Menlo Park was the best decision I've ever made. I spent weeks looking for a place, and this complex had everything I was looking for, and more! The staff is always willing to help out, the grounds are gorgeous, and the location is very convenient. I'd highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for an awesome place to live in Menlo Park.
