Property Ratings at Rolling Green
Unprofessional and lack of communication. Calling the office is pointless to get any matters handled you’ll have to physically go to the office and then all of a sudden your matters are addressed. You’re better off paying more for better quality service if you can. We only lasted 3 months because we wanted more security and better communication from the office and moved. We moved out 2 months ago still no security deposit (against PA state law by the way) I’ve emailed, called and emailed and called all over again— pointless. Today I’m going there in person because I’ve had enough of the excuses. Management seems to be run by young 20 something’s and very careless. I am a young 20 something and I’ve never been so careless. We moved out 2 months ago and they keep billing us for “vacant utility fees” ridiculous. You call they spew lies and never do what they’re telling you they’re going to do. They charge a $20 trash and $40 sewer fee yet trash is always piled up and smells like garbage half the time. 2.5 months later i had to call the Conoservice that we use to pay our utilizes because we keep being charged even the guy at Conoservice said to me “theyre ridiculous” and submitted a dispute through them without even bother to call them because they realized how ridiculous and hard to get in touch with them they are. Also, our dryer never worked really and we had to use the dryer downstairs. Once it was flooded for days! Took over a month to get a new Mailbox key. One maintenance guy for the entire property. 1/10 would not recommend with all the fees you pay just go to a luxury complex down the road if you can

We sincerely regret that your experience was less than perfect. We care deeply about our residents and want to provide the most comfortable experience possible. We hope you give us another chance soon, so we can share a more positive experience.
Do not live here. If you have any choice at all do not live here. First off, the entire description of this place listed is wrong. There is minimal parking and in a barely lit area, at night time you'd be better off using a flashlight to keep the raccoons away as well as you get to your car and to your door. Also getting packages here is a disaster as well as mail period. Everyone's mail is sent to one place and is of walking distance if its a nice day and you have nothing else to do. As far as packages if they aren't small enough to fit in your tiny mail box or be dropped off at your door, GOODLUCK. You will have to struggle with the two keys they give u that barely fit the locks and hopefully they give u the right key in the first place. Otherwise you'll have to call the main office countless times and end up waiting until they decide to call you back or is back in the office to help you retrieve your package. (PS no they aren't really there Saturday's) Overall this place is a dump, countless amount of things wrong in my apartment never fixed completely. You should also find a laundry place that you like because having to pay for these tiny machines in the small basement area is a joke. You aren't able to get a good wifi signal at all either we tried three different companies and still I rather go to the library. For the amount of rent you have to pay I don't think this place is worth it and as soon as we can move elsewhere we will be doing so!

This is a sprawling apartment complex of 2-story buildings that are thankfully spread apart by "rolling greens". It is a beautiful layout in any season as the grounds are very well kept. Don't look for a clubhouse and pool or gym here. Also, washers and dryers are in the basement of each building. Aside from that inconvenience, it is a good price for what you get in this area. Some of the end units do have W/D units located in the kitchens.

My husband and I visited this apartment as we are looking to move into the area. We had already seen a few others and were disappointed by either the high price or the unsafe location. Rolling green were what we were looking for and more! Very safe are, tons of restaurants and shops right around the corner and the friendliest office staff ever! We cannot wait to move in! This is a top notch community!
