Property Ratings at Rolling Ridge
Stay away!!!!!!!! Bad place to live. They are very unprofessional and the apartments flood with sewage and they have bed ??!!!!!! Office personnel very rude!! When your things get damaged from flooding they make no attempt to compensate you. Way overpriced !!!!!!
I called today to schedule a viewing for a one bedroom . They told me another price other than what was listed . And this building is for restricted income told me I make too much . Info needs to be clear on here .
Rolling ridge is a nice place to live if you want a relaxing ,stress free environment. The staff is great and things are never put on hold for long. Ive been here two years soon and me and my children are happy, just would like to upgrade in size. Unassighned parking and staff minds their business. Beautiful upkeep of the property may I add.
