Property Ratings at Rollingwood
Paying more in rent than my mothers mortgage to live in a roach nest. They claim someone comes out to treat the units but there has been no improvement.
The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. I feel safe at night knowing we have a security guard at night.
Manager Art and Daniela and the rest of the staff are pleasant, helpful and quick to response to the prblems about everything .Awesome people . And well recommended to everyone looking for a place to live
Rollingwood Apartments is a safe place to live in. Management and people who work here are very friendly and helpful, especially Danielle. We have been living here for 10 years and I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place/apartment to live in.
Its not been a week since we moved in and everyone is friendly. The management has been friendly thru- out the entire time we inquired about the apartment and prior to moving in. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing an apartment...Fast and friendly service here.
Let me just say in the short few months I have lived here at rollingwood I have never had a more pleasant experience in my life as a renter, from property enjoyment to having a staff that cares about their tenants. It has been an enjoyable experience from the start here, when I first gave them a call from there sign posted outside street view, I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Miss Danielle, and I'm glad I did, because not only was she very friendly and knowledgeable about the properties they currently had available, but she was also able to give me a time span of when the next vacant units would be ready if not to my liking. She answered all the questions I had with ease, and she also made it simple letting me know what she needed from me in order to move forward. I'm so glad I did, they helped me out with my schedule when it came to taking a tour of the property, and I fell in love with my townhome the very moment I saw it. It has a spacious living room with a large ceiling, a staircase that leads to the rooms upstairs, with a beautiful bathroom. It was all in nice condition no sign of previous ownership, and I even have extra storage space downstairs in both my downstairs closet as well as my closet out in my patio, which my sons love. I'm grateful to the staff, Art and Danielle are a great team and made my transition here fast. And if there's anything you need, you can always give Danielle a call, and she will make it happen! any requests or questions I have are always answered, and I'm just happy to finally not have any problems with the apartments I stay in, its such a relief.

I came in for just prices and I felt so welcomed! The young lady in the front named Danielle was amazing! She knew what she was saying the entire time. Art the manager came out to greet me! And the office was clean and smelt good. I decided to move forward and I am so satisfied, would recommend this place!!! No joke!
This apartment has been going downhill ever since under the new management. They will increase your rent yearly between $100 - $300 per month because they know it will be a hassle for you to move out and relocate. Greedy owners. There’s a lot of availability now since many tenants has left. Good luck if you ever decide to move into this place.
This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to the BUS, great restaurants and outdoor space. Close to the freeways. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables and there's a pool table too. It’s like having a touch of country right in the middle of the city.
