"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are Clean and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of Gym,pool,and park area. We could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails. And everything is near by, like grocery outlet is in walkable area.
Rollins park apartments are spacious family friendly. Metro station is walkable distance to visit DC in minutes. Aldi n other shopping places are nearby for day today things . Rcc club house n swimming pool are well maintained...nearby park n playground is loved by kids .
I have lived in this condominium with my family for a long time and to be honest I really like living here. There are some problems but they are solved! I recommend living in Rollins Park.
The atmosphere is great. The handymen are curtious, get in on time, and do a wonderful job. The people that live here are nice, and overall the living experience is good.
It's a great place to live in, nice locality. Everything is easily accessible. Staff is really nice, good maintenance. Very peaceful neighborhood.

I’m disappointed to report that the maintenance standards at this property have significantly declined. Previously, the upkeep was much better—gutters were cleaned at least once a year. However, the new management seems to have neglected this important task, possibly cutting corners. In May 2024, I reported issues with the building’s gutters. Management assured me that the work was completed, but three months later, the gutters remain clogged. It’s unclear whether the repairs were never done or if a subpar contractor was used. Additionally, the blinds installed here are of poor quality and need frequent replacement. During winter, the sidewalks are never treated, resulting in the maintenance staff having to work harder to clear them. Communication with the management office is also problematic. The manager is rarely available, making it difficult to address these concerns effectively. With such a large property, there should be a more substantial budget for preventive maintenance and a more dedicated manager. Overall, the quality of maintenance and management has not met expectations, and significant improvements are needed.

Lots of bugs unfortunately. Kitchen appliances are mix match- not updated- only brand new renovated apartments this year have nice appliances. nice community layout. Pool is great. Really great neighborhood and relatively nice amenities, but terrible noise proofing. You can hear literally everything in the unit above. The leasing office staff are also not the greatest.

Nice surroundings, peaceful and relaxing. Good maintenance service, support and attention. Gym is good although could benefit from extra mats.

The apartments are good looking and the community is nice, but it is also noisy and the doors are heavy. Overall this place is great and roomy

Ladies at front office are awesome! Helped me with amenities and area. Pool is amazing and so is exercise room. Really enjoying my stay here.

The neighborhood is great. There are some issues with the apartment, but it is gradually being handled. The playground and gym are especially nice.

Rollins Park is a very special community, truly a wonderful place to live! It's a great location in a lovely neighborhood, close to groceries and restaurants, parks and churches, with lots of green space for family recreation, and many nearby trails for walking and biking. Having lived here for several years, we highly recommend it!

We just renewed for a second year! We appreciate the rent increase was reasonable. The parks and grounds are pretty well-maintained, the water being included is great. We love the pool and gym amenities.

I have been living at Rollins Park Apts for twenty three years. I find that my requests have been dealt with care and in a timely manner. I love living here.
