All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Extremely public transit friendly. Shops and restaurants at the tip of your finger. The residents are nice and there are a lot of community events.

I love living here! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I love all of the ways to earn points and all of the free community events. All of this on top of living in a beautiful home! Another plus is that RCL is in an area where there's lots to do but the community itself has a tucked away feel and is nice and quiet. Truly the best way to do city living!

Living at Roosevelt Collection Lofts has been wonderful! Everything I need is always around the area and I love hosting get together at my apartment! The only downside (doesn’t apply to every unit) is the gym below me can be quite loud in the mornings.

Thus far I've had a great stay! The amenities, the staff, the ease of the garage parking, and especially the lobby events! The only awkward moments I've experienced have been due to lack of community yet - I'd like to meet more of neighbors. Aside from that, I love it hear!

We love how friendly everybody in the building is and how dog friendly it is! I also love how the team provides a calendar of events that are going on around us, including little events they put on in the lobbies like “free coffee day” or treats for residents. The location is the reason why I choose Roosevelt collections. I can literally see my work from my balcony! The Plaza was an added no brainer as well! Being close to clothing shops, a movie theater and any other store is what makes this ideal!

We love living at Roosevelt Collection! When we were deciding whether to renew our lease, we had the chance to reflect on the past year here. The staff has been amazing—friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile. The maintenance team is the best we’ve ever experienced in any apartment we’ve lived in. They’re prompt and reliable, just like the leasing office staff. Our package service is exceptional, and the woman who runs it is an absolute angel. In other apartments, we’ve had issues with lost or stolen packages, but that’s never been a concern here. It’s also a pet-friendly place with lots of great spots to walk our dog. We love our neighbors and appreciate the sense of community that management works hard to foster through events and fun appreciation days. Given all of this, renewing our lease was a no-brainer!

My partner and I lived at RC loft for a little bit more than 2 yrs. Communicative management, new and well maintained facilities, friendly and helpful technician teams, and great location. We had great experience living here as our first stop in Chicago. Will recommend.

It's a great place to live as a single person. Location is great where grocery shops are within walking distance as well as the red line. Staff is friendly and the complex is clean.

It has been a lovely home this far. Small issues like a toilet leak were fixed by maintenance in a timely manner. We enjoy the first floor printer room and the fact that there is an outgoing mail pick up rack. It is a very happy feeling to sit on the balcony and see the shops and the central area with people having fun and we go down there as well especially with the daughter to look at the fish, toss bags, and visit the playground. Initially there were some sound issues but after contacting the office those have dramatically reduced so we really appreciate the efforts that were taken. The concierge/front desk individuals are very friendly and helpful

Excellent location. Close to Target, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods. Kitchenware is new and works great. Sounds insulation works great even when we are beside the main road.

I love living at RCL, it's modern, clean, has good amenities (common room and 2 rooftops with BBQs, tables, sunbeds, fireplace and amazing flowers, spacious gym, garage and bike storage), the staff is always friendly and helpful and the rent is good value for money. The location is also good, can get the L or buses easily. Roosevelt station itself is a bit dodgy but haven't had a bad experience myself since living here for over a year now.

Quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located. Easy walk to Chicago’s downtown and highlights. The amenities and facility are extensive and well-maintained. The gym is superb with a beautiful view towards downtown. Neighbors are friendly and shopping is a step away. A true gem!

Scott and I love living at Roosevelt Collection. We first moved into Roosevelt in 2017. It was our first Chicago apartment. We tool a break in 2020 to experience a brand new building in Printer's Row, Imprint by Greystar. Those 2 years were a nightmare and would never encourage someone to leave Roosevelt for anything managed by Greystar. It's good to be back home at Roosevelt Collection. Jessica and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make sure that you have a comfortable living experience. It's great to know that there are still residential buildings that actually care about their tenants.

Have been there since my son was 10 and now he had gone college and still miss this place ! The Wagyu House has been our regular dining and with resident pass for Icon, we can enjoy all movies we like at anytime. This place is not just a place to live, it became our home.

Since moving in at the RCL it has been absolute serenity! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the neighbors are peaceful and kind! We moved from out of state and didn’t even see our unit beforehand. On the day of our move in we hit really bad traffic and were a little late, the Property Manager stayed and welcomed us in and made us feel right at home! Ms. Debra at the concierge desk was the first person we met in our building and helped get us squared away! While I could go on and on about Kevin, Monica, Lucious, and other members of staff (some who no longer work at this location), I will end by saying this…we’ve been here over a year and every need has been met, we feel taken care of and have so much peace of mind! We absolutely LOVE the Roosevelt Collection Lofts and are glad that this is our home! We would HIGHLY recommend this complex AND management company!

I can only speak to the move- in process at this time, but I'm my experience so far, I can say that the staff here are first class. I'm moving from out of state, and Jessica, Monica, and Katie have really made the process a lot less stressful. I had a special need during the move, and Katie went out of her way to accommodate my when she didn't have to- and she coordinated with Monica to assist while she was out of office. All three ladies have been communicative, organized, and professional. I'm genuinely happy that I chose this building- I keep getting pleasantly surprised every day.
