Downtown Phoenix is home to some of Arizona's most important cultural institutions, entertainment centers and professional sports teams, so residents never need to go far to find fun. The dining scene is top notch, featuring an eclectic mix of over 100 restaurants to satisfy any appetite. Performance venues of every size host symphony orchestras, rock bands, comedy shows, and theater productions regularly. A variety of museums and the University of Arizona campus boost the area’s intellectual capital, and residents enjoy quick access to pro baseball and basketball games just down the street.
As a major commercial center, the neighborhood’s high rises house dozens of corporate offices, making it an ideal spot for urban professionals who want the ability to walk to work. The extensive sidewalk system makes it easy to walk anywhere, and green spaces like the lush Margaret T. Hance Park provide gorgeous oases in the desert sun.

Thank you for your amazing review! We are so glad you have had a wonderful experience! We look forward to seeing you at our next resident event.
Run while you can... The most unprofessional apartment I have ever stayed at. If you want to stay at an apartment with dirty floors, no pools working, air conditioning that you can't control because they give you a wrong code, extremely loud construction work and dust in the building - that's your apartment. And you even get at least one hour of hide and seek to find the keys in another building with all your luggage and jetlag. We stayed for several days and every day got worse. I've never had so much trouble with a client service as well. We had at least 20 calls and messages and at the phone they wouldn't even tell me their name and hang up several times. Their solution was $75 off (not daily). We also offered to find another apartment, leave this one, but they wouldn't agree on a refund for the missing days.

My experience as a resident at Roosevelt point has been extremely unpleasant. Our amenities are always broken, yet we pay full price for them every month. Our maintenance requests aren’t met. The community manager has bullied us in our personal home to a point where we feel uncomfortable every time he walks past our patio - which is a lot. I wouldn’t recommend Greystar to any of my friends and I personally will not be renting from Grey Star again.

Thank you for your incredible review! We are so happy that you love calling Roosevelt Point home and we look forward to continuing to serve you!
Ive lived here since Jan 2023 and throughout the property mgmt changes ive had nothing short of pleasant experiences! staff and maintenance have tended to my concerns with ease. Tianna in leasing is always quick and knowledgeable addressing any concerns i may have. As a long term resident, i would say to be patient and understanding through the many changes that have happened and will continue to occur through upgrading the property. This is a desirable location for travelers and renters and is a predominantly younger demographic. Noise and foot traffic is inevitable due to the location.

I am happy with the location and the rent we got the leasing for but could do better fixing the basic services.

I only lived at this complex for 3 months, but there was always something broken that was never getting fixed-from elevators to doors, to having to wait weeks to have people come fix unit appliances. They offer bare minimum everything, and being downtown, the complex security is a joke. Oh, they also use vacant units as Air BnBs, allowing people who are on vacation and have not undergone proper background checks to trash the shared communal spaces and keep you up late at night from the kids shouting nonstop at the pool (kids should have fun but its till midnight every night.) Do NOT move here for any reason except for if location to downtown is your top priority.

Cool spot, okay prices if you get a working unit. My dishwasher has been out of service since I moved in along with a few other things and it's taken months for them to do nothing (still)

Overally, it's Good. But it can be better if some of the facilities would be renewed.

Thank you for leaving your review. We are thrilled to let you know that we are in the process of updating our common area amenities. We know you will love the finish product!
The place is ran by a bunch of college kids which is fine but half of them don't know anything and can't give you the answers you need. If you are older this place is NOT FOR YOU. I'm in college so the noise didn't bother me at all. It was actually nice to be in a place that doesn't have a bunch of old ppl complaining about music at 8pm. The maintenance was really nice and they fixed any work order within the next 1-3 days. They were honestly awesome and the only reason this place is getting 2 stars. The place is over priced for how it looks internally. Everything is very cheap and half the door handles and knobs fall off which is normal wear and tear but for how much you pay, you would expect things to be more sturdy. The AC is wonderful in the living room but in the bedroom WHERE YOU SLEEP it can HARDLY be felt. They also charge a $150 late move out fee after 12 noon. I literally turned in my keys 20 min past 12 noon and they charged me that. I really wasn't even going to leave a review but that $150 fee...where does it even go?? Also, how do they not have any guest parking for a place where COLLEGE kids with PARENTS live; who do you think is visiting?? There's only a 2hr parking, most of the time it's filled with ppl who are in DT just to have a good time. They aren't even visiting ppl in the unit so it rarely gets used by the residents guests. My parents and other guests had to park on the street or honestly anywhere they could find parking and this is downtown so good luck with that. A good portion of the time, you have to just hope your car doesn't get towed and it doesn't. Other nights, you'll just happen to visit on the night where they check and your car gets towed so it's really a gamble. My car also got broken into and i lived on the 4th floor at the time. All that security and having a key fob didn't mean anything. The location is wonderful but between the ppl in the front office, the silly late move out fee, the car break in, no guest parking and the crappy AC, overall a solid 2. The apartment manager was pretty nice as well.
Property Manager at Roosevelt Point, Responded To This Review
Thank you for giving your honest review. We wanted to reach out to you to try to resolve your concerns, but you left an anonymous review. Parking downtown everywhere is at a premium. While we understand the need to have guest parking, we also know that the same complaint of downtown parkers in our 2 hour spaces would be true of guest spaces because there just isn't enough parking to go around. We recommend that residents don't keep valuables in their vehicle. We are so sorry that your vehicle was broken into. Our courtesy patrol does try to monitor the parking garage, but we will discuss ways to incorporate more parking area rounds into their rotation. As far as the late move out charge and AC issue, we would love an opportunity to discuss via phone. Could you please reach out to us at 480-561-2745?
This apartment is ran by a bunch of chrony college students who don't know a thing about managing a good apartment!!! Also, when you ask them a question, they would look stupid and turn to another person to get an answer, or they would lie to you!!! It's also loud, especially by the pool and they play music all day and all night because immature and drunk college students live here!!!! I hope this complex gets shut down one day, I will not be renewing!!!!
Property Manager at Roosevelt Point, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your review. We do staff our front desk with part time Community Assistants who are also typically college students. If you?ve had a problem that they were not able to resolve, we also have a professional management team to handle all resident concerns. We want to reach out to you to discuss your review, but unfortunately you did not include your name or contact information. We have a process for handling noise concerns that may be beneficial to you in the remaining months of your lease. Please reach out to us at (480) 561-2745 or Rooseveltpointmgr@greystar.com. We want to resolve your concerns.
This apartment has so many problems. I lived here for almost one year. Poor and irresponsible management really pissed me off. 1. There are rats in the toilets. My roommate left for one mouth, and he found rats that came out of the toilet. When we talk to the manager, he just said that it is impossible, but how? We saw it! 2. The office called towing company and towed my car because I didn’t put on the sticker, which they required in the contract. Yes, it was my fault because I didn’t look at the contract clearly, but I have lived here for one year, and you finally found out that I didn’t have sticker on my car? Thinking carefully before you go there!
The air conditioning barely works (you can’t set your own settings half the time and is unbearably loud. The windows are paper thin and I was woke up on a daily basis by people screaming in the pool. The office kept saying they’ll have security check more but it never happened. The trash disposal didn’t work making the apartment smell bad. The dishwasher didn’t work either.
Oversold Rooms - Won't refund Application Fee Flew from out of state. Told me there were rooms available. Did the tour and signed on the spot. Contacted me a few days later saying they had no rooms left and my application fee was not refundable. Don't sign until they provide you a physical room number! Border line illegal
Do not move here if you have a vehicle. There is no parking available in the parking garage due them assigning spots to people without vehicles. There is no parking available outside the parking garage and you are not allowed to park in the first level of the garage despite it always being empty. I have had my vehicle towed from my place of residence and am fed up. Will be moving soon.
This place does not list the correct pricing for their 2, 3, and 4 bedroom models. The prices listed are for their "shared" shared apartments, so for the real rates, just take the price and multiply it by the amount of rooms there are. The whole place smells off, kind of like a locker room, and it's just a loud building in general.
I just stopped to check this place out because it showed really good pricing, but the pricing is per bedroom not for the entire apartment
The bedroom included a full sized matress, a desk and a chair (if you want a confortable one, bring your own chair), washer and dryer in common area in the room, and a private bathroom. Apartment is really close to ASU so it is perfect for not only students but also employees or employers. It is a bit expensive for me though i am not allowed to work as an international student and have to pay it with help of my parents (i am 24 years old). Wanted to participate!
I have been living at Roosevelt Point for two years now. Never have I had an issue, and if I had, there are many ways to fix them. They offer many services and utilities that other apartments nearby do not such as free printing and internet/cable respectively. Beyond that, I was surprised how quickly I started to refer to my apartment as home! I'd rather sleep no where else, and I wouldn't want to enjoy college living anywhere else!
This place was built - literally - less than a year ago, and it already appears to be falling apart. Door handles that get broken so much they just remove them and write "exit only" on it in Sharpie, elevators that break down ALL the time... This place only has worse days ahead of it, and what's worse, it's overpriced. I was once locked out not 30 minutes after the office closed, and called all night on the "emergency" line to get somebody to make me a temporary key with ZERO response. I had to sleep in the lobby like a homeless person (except in a suit) until a night watchman interrogated me (rightfully so) and somehow got a hold of whoever could come and help. Pathetic maintenance, poor service, high price. Don't live here.
This place had so many issues to get in, admin fee of almost 100.00 plus app fees per person, plus if your credit SCORE wasn't as good as they want they would require a month and a half deposit (which would be like 1700.00 on top of first month. WOW it's not a house its a fancy dorm.
