Property Ratings at Roosevelt Towers
Its a nice starter apartment.. Rats and bugs on bottom floor, had mice on my floor and in my apartment The air vents blew dust/ mold so not the cleanest If being on a budget is what you're after- be prepared. Regarding staff, they solved issues fairly timely and there was good communication. Would not recommend but also do not want to be disrespectful towards the whole operation, it just wasn't for me.
Excellent location. Metro station nearby and public transport available at the doorstep. Stores for grocery and other essential items at walkable distance. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Living at Roosevelt has been a very pleasant experience. Equipped with all amenities, our stay has been most memorable here. The mainenance people are very courteous, prompt and responsive to our needs. We love this place
I've lived here for almost half a year. It's quiet, clean, and the staff are very friendly. Gym is decent, lobby is nice, and the rooms and pretty large. It is a bit expensive, but its overall worth it.
I was forced to break my lease after a 2 year stay at Roosevelt Towers because of a severe roach infestation which made it impossible to live there. I spent a lot of time over several months trying to get building management to take it seriously and do something about it but all my efforts were unsuccessful. I was left with no choice but to break my lease because my apartment, especially my kitchen was severely infested with roaches making it impossible to cook in there while the other rooms became unlivable. That on top of knowing Bozzuto would jack up my rent once my lease ended like they had last year made my decision to leave a no brainer. Stay away, renters!
I lived at Roosevelt Towers for nearly a year as a college senior (I was an international student who went to Georgetown). Overall I enjoyed my experience here. The staff here were friendly, responsive and knowledgable. Pros: Easy access to I66 - my morning classes started at 11 am so I did not have to pay the toll. Close to tons of supermarkets and restaurants. Free and ample parking Friendly neighbors Clean, quiet Cons: wifi at the business center/social room was not good - I lost connections frequently no shuttle to the metro station

We strive to deliver an excellent experience, and are glad you found this to be the case. We hope to see you soon!
This is the first time I have ever taken the time out to do a review :] I have lived at Roosevelt towers a little less than a year and it has been a Wonderful experience. I did a TON of research before choosing an apartment primarily comparing Price Vs Quality. Pros The apartment staff is Amazing! Hands down the best part about living here. If you ever have an issue they are there to help. I actually broke my foot and they have gone above and beyond in helping me cope. I have seen them go out of there way to help our senior residents who require the most care, families, and college students. Bottom line they are friendly, helpful, and i’m always happy to see them. Even though living here is not cheap my neighbors are really nice. The walls are noise resistant. I go to sleep early, around 10 am on week days and I have never been kept awake by noise nor have I ever disturbed my neighbors when I had friends over. The facilities staff keeps the apartment clean and they are friendly as well. I workout all the time, the compact 24 hour gym has everything I need for a quick workout (especially in the winter). The apartment staff host monthly events usually with free food and at times even alcohol, which is much appreciated after a long work week. Cons Rent can be pricey, do not hesitate. When I was purchasing it felt like the price was increasing daily. Depending on how much the rent rises I may or may not renew my lease. Even though I love living here I have to stay within my price range. I hope you enjoyed my first review!!

Hi there, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care! Sincerely, The Roosevelt Towers Team
The property itself is conveniently located, with easy access to Metro and grocery shopping. The new management is much better at giving the property a pretentious facelift than serving its tenants. They can be surprisingly creative and resourceful to nickle and dime you as well.

The building is in a nice neighborhood and walkable to metro (1/4 of a mile) but it's an old building. They've renovated some apartments but not others. The trash/recycling room is impenetrable sometimes. It has a pool but the outdoor grilling area is not easily accessible.
