First apartment to call my own, but because I work hard I'm never at home. It's affordable housing, with many perks Including off the street parking, safe from careless jerks. Laundry room, central air and all I pay is lights, building maintenance well kept....no bugs, no bites. Public transportation right at your door step, No long walking or standing.....I love it, it's heartfelt. The neighborhood is definitely not the best, but 5yrs, no problems, plus the rent Is less. I've recommended this place to my friends, it's a nice building, nice neighbors but cats and dogs can't get in. Yep, unfortunately .....no pets allowed No guns, no drugs and no music played loud. I love it though and this is my home, but I'll be moving soon....no fun alone. I'll need two rooms now instead of just one, because I'm expecting a little one.....I'm a soon to be mom :-)!!!!
