DO NOT RENT HERE
These people will find anyway possible to steal your money. They will contact you months later to tell you that rent from 4mo ago is missing. You provide proof they send it to investigations and then somehow will try to find a new reason to fine you for more money. These people are mediocre. I've learned that when a leasing office fines you that money is for them to keep. During this investigation theyve sent me many notices to pay different amounts of money for whatever reason they make up. One time they said oh we didn't charge you enough deposit. This was after already living here for 6 months. How do you do that? They must know its an income restricted complex so people will just pay if they can to avoid any troubles. Well I am not stupid! I've provided my proof! Do not live here people stay clear from Pinnacle Management properties!!
