Very bad

We put our application end of january. The aparment where we were living suppose yo move on March 15 th. While the application is on processes everyone in the office said we could move by March 15 th. When it is nearly time , we approch apartment they said, They only waiting for painting and carpet changing to be done. So they requested us to extend one more week in Our Old apartment. That we did. The last date was March 30th. They said definitely we could move by March 28th. When we went to get the key on 28th to move they said ,we can't get tje the apartment because of over income. Only 2 days left for us to move from our old apartment. They were not cared about our situation. We were really panic in that situation .When we come and ask our old apartment they already lease our apartment. Siera vista throw us in the street . We become homless.Any way God open his eyes for us. We got apartment. They never give any update after application unless you call them. They are not considered about your situation . They never give any feed back about your application unless you go there or call them. Many times we visited them to submitt diffrent type of paper work. You never get right information from them because they say diffrently. I am advicing to sny one who would like to move there , don't believe their words instead you take wise decision. Otherwise you will be like me(in the street) please don't give notice to your old apartment unlesx you get key from Sierra Vista

place to live

Apartments/townhomes very well design floor plans. All residents are nice to each other watch Patrol at night gated community office personal attend everybody quick resolving problems or Maintenance issues Only thing i dislike was the parking rule no reverse or only one car per apartment under a car roof .

This is my third year on this property, the management and maintenance staff is superb!! I love it!
