Property Ratings at Rosemont Peachtree Corners
I sincerely do not recommend anyone to stay here. Terrible place not worth the money. Not a single person in the administration wants to do anything. During this summer, my air conditioner broke down about 6 times. And no one can help me with this, but for some reason I have to pay the full cost for a faulty air conditioner. Moreover, since my arrival, I have had a million problems: a crazy neighbor, flooding, mold, a broken toilet, a permanently closed pool. I just hope you see my review and don't waste your money.
That’s only thought it couldn’t get any better. They’re adding a whole bunch of new stuff to the dog park. We can’t wait!

Hi, we are so happy to read such a great review about your stay with us! Please give us a call or stop by our office if you ever need anything!
They started add new weights, and treadmills, and some other cables that I am just now learning how to work so that’s really nice. Been here for a bit and I like the progression
This has been the perfect spot. A pleasant experience all around.
5 stars across the board. No rats, roaches or problems with the plumbing.
They have so many treadmills and weights. Plus it’s always maintained well
We are most impressed with how clean and safe everything is. It’s a place that cares
Very well maintained. We love all the flowers everywhere. It makes such a nice difference!
The dog park is my favorite. At first I wasn’t sure because you never know. It’s safe, we’ll maintained and the people are really friendly too
Super cool staff and awesome amenities. They provide specialty events for the tenants too. 10/10 would repeat.
The pool is so great. So clean and no problems at all. Can’t wait u til it opens again. This community is very safe and friendly.

I thought this place was going to be great, but I was wrong. It’s actually far better than my expectations. The staff here has excelled in every way possible – as a matter fact I can’t think of anything that they have faltered on. 10/10

I just moved into this complex last week Monday the 9th. I am very disappointed in the state of the apartment. The 1st day we moved in the floor was slippery wet from mopping which made my furniture dirty because we were tracking in dirt from the dirty breezeway. My 4yr old slipped and hit his face on the floor. They contacted me the day of to push my check in time back stating they just put in new tubs and needed to push my move in time towards the end of the day. Once checked in the office closed. As soon as we entered the apartment the fumes were very strong. My son and I got sick trying to move the items in, dizzy, nausea headaches, etc. So we couldn't stay in the unit for 2 days. They offered us to shower in another unit because the tubs couldn't be used for 3 days. The other unit showed immediate signs and smells of mold, was dirty and had bugs. Which we realized only because maintenance put our new keys in that unit after changing the locks and not alerting me until I tried to get in and was locked out after hours. My unit is visibly dirty, old toothpaste droppings on the sink in the bathroom, the apartment was not cleaned prior to the move in and it's a whole Covid virus going on! Visible bug trackings showing an infestation, visibly seeing roaches, the flooring has burnt marks from the prior renter and places in the floor where the flooring has lifted and is torn, cabinet door broken off, it had no smoke detector, missing vent cover in the bathroom, closet door leaning up against the wall, the paint was wet when we moved in so it chipped up and chalked the floor, the paint is 2 tones and the ceiling is bulging down like there was water damage at some point. The towel rack and tissue rack was missing, the air quality in the apartment is horrible and has triggered my asthma causing me to wheeze I keep my air purifier running all day. No hot water because the water heater needs to be replaced... There's way more but you get the point. I have asked to be moved to another unit, for some type of financial provision because I'm paying to live uncomfortably. We can't even put up our beds because they need to redo the flooring. The unit needs thorough attention and it cannot happen correctly with all of my things still in boxes and bags all over the place. I don't feel safe healthwise and the decisions to put us in the unit before it was ready was irresponsible. Do not get tricked by viewing the model, the amenities look good but my unit is horrible.
Guya was very helpful, patient and made the move in process easy! I have no complaints.

All of these positive reviews are so interesting after my experience in only a week here. If I could post pictures, I would. They get one star for how pleasant Ramon was when I was touring and beginning the leasing process. Let's proceed with what is actually behind the rose colored glasses. The ODOR. I could blame the previous tenant, but the fact that the smell of cleaning products only sits on the surfaces suggests that it is a much deeper source. I'm not an allergy sensitive individual, but my nose and throat have been on fire since trying to make this place habitable, so it's not just some natural smell. An air purifier (not a cheap one either) has hardly helped. The BUGS are more comfortable here than I will ever be. I requested that the apartment be bombed, which should have been done prior to anyone moving in. Thankfully they did with no hesitation, but I have still seen SEVERAL roaches after the fact. I might benefit from a part-time job during these times, but killing bugs was not on my list of applications. Next, I went to clean our belongings after being exposed to the bombing chemicals, only to find the washing machine caked in mold and mildew, with some substance oozing from the water vents *gag.. I placed a maintenance order while I waited for someone to address the notices I sent describing these experiences. It appears they decided to wipe the edges and run the rinse cycle?? The ooze and mold is still there.. Not to mention no response to my messages. Lets talk about that too. Where's the manager? Hiding in "his" office. The resident portal lists an option to message management, yet the names listed are of a leasing agent and assistant manager. I went to express my concerns in person as well. On attempt one I was told by a leasing agent "I cant say anything until Monday." Huh?... Ok. By the second attempt, there were still no responses to my messages. This time, I want to cancel my lease (after less than a week mind you). I got no introduction, so I don't even know who I'm referring to, but after hearing my reasoning above "she" said she would go ask "him" (manager???) what they could do. WHY IS THE MANAGER AVOIDING RESIDENTS I WONDER... Apparently acting dumb is a part of staff training, so the manager doesn’t have to do anything. Whatever kind of company EOS Real Estate Management is has to be a joke. I hope this review helps anybody considering this place to avoid it. If it doesn't, i pray you have a better experience.

The staff was super friendly and the apartments looked exactly like the pictures so there were no surprises or disappointments.
I moved into this complex in October 2019 and I must say that I have enjoyed my new home so far. I started on my apartment hunting journey quiet early prior to moving here. Me and my son live in a 2 bd 2 bth and it is very spacious for him and myself to move around and entertain company comfortably. My leasing agent Priscilla Palmer is great. She is always ready to help when ever I am in need of something for my apartment. The other office staff are very helpful and have superb customer service. The one thing I really like about this complex is that they always have something going on. They are always have some type of competition or pot luck or some type of event to get to know the community and help others who are in need. Being a person who does volunteer work and I am very passionate about and do often, it is always nice to know that you are around others who like to help and support the community you live in cause you know that if you ever come into a jam you can always go to your community to find the help you need. you should defiantly come by the complex and take a look around. this is a great place to call you next home. My experience has been the best thus far and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice, safe, clean place to live.

I have lived here almost a year and the staff is exceptional. I have not encountered an issue that has not been resolved promptly.
Great customer support anytime I call the front desk and speak to Guya about a question that I may have, she responds in a very friendly manner, and answers any questions politely.
Thank you to Jaci for helping me with my recent work order. Your quick assistance was much appreciated!
Jesus and Jaci at the office are great! They always take care of me whenever I have a question or need maintenance. Would highly recommend.
The apartments are very stylish, comfortable and very homey, the inside of the apartments are so cute and up to date. The exterior of the complex is so cute with the palm trees by the leasing office, I just wish the palm trees were all over the compound. When i first got here the leasing agent Priscilla was very personal and professional, so have the other staffs.
When we moved into our unit, the community was still under the previous management. One of the biggest issues, which I suppose is not even an issue but more of an inconvenience, was the loudness the came from our AC unit. The unit was very loud to the point that it made watching TV in our living room difficult. We submitted a maintenance request for one of the techs to come take a look and see if there was anything they could do. The tech came and just left a note saying that the unit was inspected and that everything appeared to be working. This was quite irritating as we knew the unit was working but what we wanted him to focus on was the loudness. We gave up trying to have them do something about it and figured there was probably nothing that could be done short of replacing the entire unit which we were sure was not going to happen any time soon. Once this new management came in, we submitted the request again. They sent a tech to come take a look and he actually found parts that were placed inside the unit which did not belong there and which were a big culprit of the loud sound that was coming from the unit - something the previous management tech could have done if he had actually cared about our request. After the tech removed these parts, the unit was significantly quieter. However, after some time, we realized that while the sound was better than it was before, it was still noticeably loud. Thus, we submitted another request. The techs came once again and, much to my suprise, they ended up replacing the main part in the unit that was making the sound as they said it was old. Needless to say, the unit works amazingly now and the difference in sound is night and day. This is thanks to the new management who does care about actually resolving the resident's requests and not just marking it off on their list. They could have very well told us what the previous management tech told us and just disregard our complaint but they chose to actually resolve it to our full satisfaction. I truly think this sort of management deserves every one of the five stars I can give them.
This apartment complex is very nice, just a little bit more work on the exterior of the buildings and it’ll be so beautiful, the leasing office is very respectful and compassionate.
Since my last review, I really want to thank Management for understanding and listening to my issue I was having with Maintenance, I want to thank Mr. Jim for getting everything completed in a timely manner. Marcella Porter
Excellent attention, nice facilities, great location close to my friends and you have close the freeway.
We been here for 2 years, we love our apartment, nice, comfortable, enough room for us, my chihuahua run free we are happy.
I’ve been here for a little over a month and so far so good! I love area it’s in. Closer to my job. My one bedroom apartment, plus the closet storage on the balcony has enough space for all of my things. Brand new applicances and quiet neighborhood.
These apartments are really nice, small & cozy, i feel like once they do the landscaping its going to look soooo much better, they could work on the speed dumps & road but other than that these apartments are great, management is also helpful.
I love this place the staff of kind, prompt, and efficient of getting things done. I love the place.
I moved into the apartment the second week in January 2019. I didn't know that there was new management. The prior management saved me an apartment back in December 2018 and I just moved from Long Beach, Cali to Norcross, Ga for a job transfer. Had issues with the apt. portal and Karen helped me through the process and that evening received my key. It was definitely an experience of moving out of state with 2 suitcases and getting an apartment without seeing it. I love it and so far, with the minor issues, Karen has followed up on it, and I am happy with my new place.
I am going into my 2nd year and 2nd apartment. I moved into a unit with washer and dryer. While it is not Beverly Hills I must say that the management has always done their best to remedy any issues I have. Even going so far as to put me in a hotel if needed to repair my problem. I am very happy to live in a complex where I’m not afraid and am close to work. I appreciate the new managment style and all the perks of being a tenant here! S. Dent
These are by no means luxury apts which anyone can see from the tour. While the palm trees are nice the leasing staff generally are not. The managers generally act like the could care less about the issues they're paid to handle and have an attitude from in the office up to the district manager. The amenities are closed for repair constantly. The gym & bathrooms are never clean or stocked. There is a bug problem within the complex. They have issues with trash removal as the one dumpster has tons of trash bags outside of it on a regular basis. Oh and forget the two pools. The smaller one has been closed all summer due to construction since spring. And forget a long weekend to enjoy the one pool that is sometimes open.. it's closed allllll day every Monday "for repairs." Including the 4th of July which fell on a Monday this year. Probably most important my mailbox key has not worked for days at a time and for months the entire unit was left open. Spend your money somewhere else even with less amenities...at least you won't be paying for things promised but by far not delivered.
Looks all nice and renovated but is actually trash. Problem #1 Roaches #2 Loud in the morning and at night #3 Maintenance is absolutely horrible cause you ask them to come and they come about a week later But here's the real problem is they can unlock my door when I don't want them to but when I get locked out on my balcony and have breathing problems they can't do anything We've made numerous complaints and nothing has been done Do not waste your money
I had been looking for an apartment and running out of time i took this apartment without really checking into it first. After moving in I noticed that the bldgs were all covered with either algie or mold of which I am highly allergic. They pressure washed the buildings which "handled" that but it still grows on my windows after pressure washing. I noticed the roof has loose looking tiles so good chance between the outdoors and this factor that there mold if only inside walls because I smell a musty odor. I have been very sick since moving in. The place has roaches and a completely ineffectual company "handling" them. They left cardboard strips on floor to kill roaches i literally see walk over them. There is still the problem. The management seems nice but it's not handled after at least 5 calls and 3 weeks of trying to see it handled. There were gunshots outside my apt not far away at least 4 different times. I really think I pay way too much for these kind of problems. Definitely not luxury apt living as it is now.
Since I've moved in they been doing "renovations." But all I see is constant landscape work..... The pool upfront hasn't opened the entire Summer. The renovations that have been done are falling apart. You hear the pipes knocking when you run the water.....the place is full of water bugs. They have a long way to go before it's considered LUXURY.... However, The staff has luxury attitudes and is very demeaning and condescending. Please make sure you read your Lease. They love to charge as many fees as they can....i guess to pay for the palm trees..... Disgusted and Disappointed.
I am in a Boulevard, 1 Bedroom, and lucked up. It was the first renovated one and I got new carpet, new paint, new cabinets, new appliances, whole nine yards. The staff is great too. there is a new leasing company and they are still making changes to the complex. There are two pools, I heard they are going to re-do the fitness center and they are currently re-doing the entrances. The pools were closed most of the summer but I was told they were prepping to renovate those too. There are a lot of bugs outside but I keep my place clean and only have an issue when I leave the door open too long. Hopefully we'll get recycling and new community washer/dryers soon. Some of the 1 Bedrooms don't have connections but each building has 1 washer and dryer so you don't have to rent and there are plenty of laundry mats around. The only issue I have had since I've been there is minor cosmetic stuff. Gwinnett Police patrol the complex at night. It's only 15 mins to 400, The Forum at Peachtree, Sprouts, 10 mins to 285/85, and about 20 mins to Buckhead with no traffic. Perfect for someone who wants to be close to the city and still save money.
