Located between the meandering Des Moines River and picturesque Easter Lake, River Woods truly lives up to its bucolic name. Residents can also reach Downtown Des Moines in less than 15 minutes. Property Ratings at Rosemont Place
Been here for 4 years. Worst management ever. They also have mice and roaches. Takes at least two weeks for them to respond. Also had a leaking roof the last month

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your long-term residency. Our goal is to ensure all maintenance issues are addressed promptly. Please remember that the best way to submit maintenance requests is through your resident portal, which helps us track and resolve issues efficiently. Please stop by the office, give us a call, or email us at rosemontplace@goindigoliving.com. We're committed to improving your experience moving forward.
I wish I could give it 0 stars. I'm convinced nobody actually works here since it's impossible to reach them. They never answer the phone, you just get routed to someone in a completely different office who is also of zero help. Even after SEVERAL calls and being told they are putting in an "urgent request" for me, I have still not had a single person try to contact me. I have called and emailed at least 10 times in the last 2 weeks (I moved out of state so this is quite literally my only option) and have gotten no where. The poor management here is absolutely a disservice to Indigo Living as a whole. Since there are responses on almost all of these reviews, I guess I have to get your attention this way.

When indigo living took over many places went downhill. This complex being one of them.
Great apartments large homes for the price. The property has a nice pool- they do lots of resident events as well- love it
I would absolutely renew my lease at this place and I would recommend living here to anyone. The homes are nice sized, well taken care of and the new property manager Holly is amazing. Holly is a wonderful asset to have.
Holly is a amazing property manager and she is knowledgeable and helpful in anything that ever comes up. I would absolutely recommend this place! Thank you Holly!
The apartment staff is great. Large apartments and locked doors. The property has a pool and tennis court, basketball court. great place to live/
I thankfully was offered to get out of my lease, but a lot of things came up and saw my apartment was never cleaned. Bugs was a major problem. And then exterminator came, and he pulled my fridge and stove out, he said years worth of moldy food had built up and I only lived there for a year!! He’s surprised I haven’t gotten beyond sick yet. A lot of people are creepy, and if you have issues with other people, don’t even bother calling the police because property will email you about it later and complain to you about how police present was there when it was NEEDED!!! I liked a lot of things, but a lot more stuff wasn’t worth it…
Pick another complex! Management is non-existent, there are no security cameras, they have secured entry but the kids around here, prop the doors open all the time, so they're not secure. When the door is locked they'll loiter outside the doors waiting for someone to open it and then promptly prop the door open. The kids are the worst part! There is no parental supervision. I've caught them lighting fires behind the building, throwing rocks at garages, and now the tip of the freaking iceberg, standing on my car. Yes. I'm not kidding, these kids were standing on my car. Came out to my car in the morning with foot/hand prints up and down my car. I don't drive a beater, I have a brand new 2016 Chrylser. Don't even try to talk to the kids because they're extremely disrespectful, starting spouting curse words at me for telling them to quit lighting fires, I told them I was going to call the cops, they yelled, call them, we don't care. Vandals and hoodlums, and they're kids!!!! When I called the apartment management to complain, it goes straight to voicemail and nobody calls back. Seriously, look somewhere else. The building will probably be burned down before too much longer anyways.
I have lived here for almost 2 years and have had a decent experience. The managers could certainly be more professional and helpful. The other people in this community do not care about the rules or safety and have reduced the accessibility of the pool quite a bit. I'm very disappointed to see what has happened to this place in the past 2 years. I am very excited to move to a different place with a better community, staff and better neighbors. It would certainly be much much more pleasant than living here.
