Do not live here! I repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE! They have hidden fees added to almost everything, so the price they tell you when signing up is incorrect. You can't even have a grill on your porch, seriously who wouldn't allow you and your family to have a grill on your porch. The pet deposit is claimed to be $200, but it's really $600. Maintenance takes months to get back to you, they don't do any insect repellent maintenance. So there are all sorts of insects running around. They also expect the residents to remove the filters from your heating/air conditioning unit and get a new one from the office and install it yourself! Really!? This place is the worst and it's getting uglier and uglier. Please don't subject your family to this kind of property, we will e moving soon.

They don't show on Saturdays even though the schedule says they do. You go in to see an apartment and they direct you to look at the website...I was there in person to see a demo unit, not to be sent back online to see the units.

I moved in here about a year ago and the management has changed 3 times. The parking is horrible because they let people have 5 cars each unit. The trash is outrageously expensive. The rent raises without you getting notified and you can go days without hot water and they dont do anything to compensate for it. The staff is very rude and has no understanding for any of the above. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

You read it right. My wife and I moved in and there was a bullet hole through our window from the last tenant that they didn’t fix before we got there. All they had to say was, “ yeah… sorry about that…”. We thought, wow this can’t get worse. We were wrong. Our laundry was stolen from the non secured laundry rooms and all they have for insurance is a sign that says they aren’t responsible, and that was only for the little time the laundry room worked before everything was closed and unusable for the majority of our lease. With several other maintenance issues throughout our stay, the worst part was the new ownership. The property manager and assistant both verbally ridiculed my wife when she asked about a late fee that they said they’d take off due to our circumstances at the time and then preceded to lie about it and said my wife was a child and threw a tantrum only to admit that they had just “forgot” that they had sent us emails confirming that my wife and I were right to begin with. They were rude and combative and frankly disgusting in terms of the way they behaved. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

After being under new management this place has gotten worse. They don't send emails when our hot water is down, only after residents complain. They don't allow you to pay with a money order anymore. So anyone that doesn't have a bank account cannot live here. They also, made a big mistake with the utilities and "forgot" to charge us for utilities for 3 months and expect us to pay all of them at once. This is the worst place I have lived in.

Everything is good I like living here office staff and maintenance are awesome

stock up on fans and other ways to cool your place if you move into a bottom floor. AC sucks! management very picky on everything. laundry and workout rooms not open 24/7. a whole bunch of other problems here. gonna be paying way too much for a crappy place

This place is lovely if you dont want loud neighbors and have peace and quiet.

Great place, location, environment. Neighbors are friendly, stores/ restaurants close by

Apartments are nice and quiet, never had an issue so far I love how your package gets delivered to your door and you can trust your neighbors!

The move in experience went smoothly as did the application process. I noticed many problems with the apartment like torn linoleum flooring, water damaged flooring, and an unsafe front door. The parking situation is also tedious and sometimes hard to find a space at all. It does however have great staff in the main office who are willing to help with any of your questions.

The Lodge appartments is an amazing place to live and I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment to highly consider living here!

I am so incredibly pleased and happy with my experience with Lodge on 84th apartments! The staff is amazing and so quick and efficient as well as friendly. So far I love being a part of their community and have no complaints or worries. I definitely would recommend it!

My experience from initially considering and contacting the lodge on 84th to signing my lease agreement to moving in went extremely well and quickly processed.

Lodge on 84th is a well-maintained rental complex within good distance to both downtown Denver and nearby hiking trails. Many amenities offered (gym, basketball court, dog park, playground, laundry facilities, pool) and well kept. Nice spot for renting!

They don't care about the community so forget about asking them for anything or going in for help. Only concerned with collecting money, not about the people who live around here or keeping things peaceful.

So far my experience here is great, havent had any issues and neighbors and office staff seem very friendly!

I Love living here it's been 8 yrs and no problems. It's quiet and great neighbors. Management is quick to help and they keep it very clean, even picking up cigarette butts I've seen several times. Thank you Management I appreciate living here

This apartment complex is good for this general area. Prices are reasonable; and maintenance issues are addressed promptly when they occur. I have had generally good experiences here. However, parking may be in issue; especially if you have multiple vehicles.

Not your money worth

So I feel as if I have been very patient and understanding with this place due to the people who work here, but this experience in apartments has been the WORST! as soon as I moved in I found cockroaches, they did send pest control for about a month but then my next problem was water leaking through the ceiling!! Water clogged constantly in tub or sink. They transferred me apartment building but then next problem is getting my truck towed. Parking to begin with was a mess due to almost no parking at night available but they implemented in October parking permits and due to having to move units borrowed a truck and was towed and managers refused to help so had to pay $230. Lack of compassion or help really did it for me. I was told my friends who also live in the same apt complex were liars and that home owners coming to apartments are the "most needy"! Gym is small as well as the amenities provided for the HIGH price you pay. Oh and cops are always in apt complex.... wonder why! Once my lease is up I will be leaving no doubt.

Yes, all the reviews you read on ALL review sites are true. Horrible parking that you have to pay for. There is always a police car here because of violence. OVERLY high water bill. You will go several times without hot water due to them never really fixing the problem. You are just another dollar here. They say they will fix things or get back to you, but as soon as you walk out the door they forget you. This is very sad. This could be a nice community if they would actually invest in their property. They wonder why this complex is never full.

Every month we at least go a week with out hot water. They always have an excuse to why it's not working and it always conveniently happens when the office is closed and on the weekends. The matinance crew is a joke.the office is unorganized so nothing ever gets fixed. You have to pay for your parking spot and their isn't any guest parking they have toto park across the street. You can not talk tthe property manager with out an appointment. You leave voicemails and emails and never get a response. The assistant corina likes to scream in your face and is very rude. I have never had this many issues in my entire renting life.! Do not move here

If i could rate this place with no stars i would. I have had maintenance issues since the day i moved in. When showed this property, i was showed a unit that was nicely put together and was told that all of the units looked like this and they would have new paint, fresh carpet and it would be move in ready, like new. When i went to pick up my keys and shown my unit, there were so many issues that i believe it would not be considered move in ready - it smelled like smoke, the carpets were stained, ripped and food was still embedded in the carpets, there were cobwebs, clogged sinks, the seal around the bathtub was barley hanging on, all of the closet doors were broken and the front door had a large open space where the seal should have been. I immediately told them these things needed to be fixed, and they told me they would have it all done in a couple days for when i officially moved in. However, it took over a month and me going to the office every few days to finally get most of these issues fixed. I'm constantly going to the office about maintenance issues and they keep saying they will fix things and they are not getting fixed. There is also the fact that there are kids running around wild there. I have had many kids hanging out on my porch, ive seen them sitting on other people's cars, throwing rocks, being destructive to other tenant's property and have had multiple things stolen off my porch. I went to the office about this and they didn't seem to care and told me it was my own fault that i left things on my porch. They say they have security, but every time i have seen the "security guard" on site, he is sitting around not doing his job. This apartment complex does not feel safe at all. The staff will say they will follow through with something and will get back to you, however they have never returned any of my phone calls, followed up and maintenance has never left any notification for me that they have been inside my apartment or fixed anything. They are very unresponsive and dont act like they care at all about the tenants.. Overall, this is a terrible place to live and i would advise anyone to look somewhere else, i wish i did. Everything they told me and showed me was a big misrepresentation and if i know how it would have been living here then i would have never lived here. If you want a safe, reliable and well maintained apartment complex with a staff who actually cares, this is not the place for you.

The police are always here. There always seems to be an incident happening. The maintenance takes a very long time to fix any issues brought up. We're about half way through our lease, and now they decided to charge a fee for parking. It continues to get worse the longer we stay here. We will be leaving as soon as our lease is up.

Leasing staff member didn't know her way around the complex and had me sign papers for an apt I did not agree to at the beginning of my lease. Parking is terrible, along with the speeding in the parking lot! I have to walk more than a block's length away from my unit most evenings. I don't know how many times I've come close to being hit while crossing the road. I've mentioned this to management, but nothing has been done about it. They do not handle disturbances on their own. Money was spent on a fancy water fountain instead of using it for maintenance around the complex. Sidewalks and stairs are not shoveled or salted within a timely manner. They claim to be residential and not a business, so it took them 20 hrs to get them done for the last big snow fall. Mailboxes need to be replaced. I wish I had done more research before signing my lease. A one year lease was a year too long.

Great location. Average looking apartments. Small floor plans. A little pricey.
