The community at Rosemont Windermere is conveniently located near universal studios with quick access to I4. The complex is on a major road with a stoplight for easy access into and out of the entryway. The buildings are tucked back in between several large trees that provide shade and beauty. Ample parking is available within close proximity to the apartment entrances. The grounds are kept clean and the amenities are an added bonus.

I’ve moved 3 times in the past year, and lived in a total of 5 places. This is by far the best complex I’ve lived at so far. The leasing staff is so friendly and easy to create personal relationships with, the complex itself is so beautiful, and there are amenities for anything you could ever need. 5 stars all the way!!

I’ve been living here for approximately 3 years and I’ve seen a few management changes over all it’s a decent place to live with children playing in designated areas “ there’s a new playground” previously a tennis court .. I think the newest management are people focused I like that I’ve always paid rent on time but I had an issue once with putting my account info incorrectly and they took away the late charges… very nice swimming pool area and a fitness room with a peloton bike hoping that they will fix the raised seat very soon

Staff and community excellent, Gym could be better. Sometimes some neighbors didn’t respect community guidelines, sometimes pet owners didn’t take back home their pets poop.

Rosemont Windermere is a grrat place to live! Beautifully built and landscaped with trees and flowers! The high point is the dog park! My pup loves to spend time at the park

Very nice property, good maintenance service, they charge you for water for sewer no laundry machines, but they have 2 laundry rooms in the property,

Ive been here for 6 months now, and I have been ok with Rosemont for now. The pros living here have been that the pool is usually clean, shower water is always warm, the neighbors are somewhat quiet most of the time, and the staff are nice. Cons have been that I’ve put in MULTIPLE request for the AC because of the musty smell in my apartment and problem is still not fixed, last time the tech said there’s nothing more he can do and left, we’ve gotten multiple visits from the pest control but they are not effective at all and I honestly believe Rosemont is wasting money on these new guys. all they do is come in and spray the corners and leave. Those are the only 2 things that my wife and I are tired of asking to be addressed. Our experience could be so much better if these simple things get more attention. Then I could recommend Rosemont to some friends moving down this next year. Waiting for my last 6 months here to leave a main final review!

They have new management again. 3 in the past 4 years I’ve lived here. Maintenance puts a bandaid on everything. When stuff breaks they just say “we are working on it”. Hopefully this new management will be better. I couldn’t take it anymore and moved out.

Conveniently located and relatively quiet. The Office staff are always ready to help and maintenance is very quick in completing repairs. Cameras need to be installed for security.

Staff at office is friendly and helpful. Premises are always kept clean. The valet trash service could be a little better as far as schedules and I sure wish they would build a second dog park on the other side of the neighborhood. Oh! Please leave the second gate open!! Lol

Pool can be improved and social areas more well kept. It feels sometimes like the place is not clean enough and well kept, more landscaping/ gardening

The team is nice and management does their best to get any requests done in a timely manner, the units are in good condition and it’s very quiet and calmed.

My Resident experience is bitter sweet bitter my neighbor across from me dog barks alot.The community is clean and quiet sweet my tile want stay down in my unit for whatever reason other then that I have no complaints.

There is no storage space. Other than that it is a very nice place to live. Solar power is awesome. The low flush toilet is no fun but not a big deal.

Has many amenities and is relatively safe compared to other complexes very close by. I never once felt I had my vehicle or apartment at risk of break ins or anything, also at least in my section of the complex was relatively calm even on weekends, just not allot of parking and we cannot tow cars that do not live there, makes it frustrating if you have groceries or something heavy. The units have been updated and painted over with new appliances and flooring and I believe the toilet is newer as well, however you can definitely tell more could be done to maintain and preserve the property. Paint was splashed on the back windows and they didnt bother wiping it off so it dried before I moved in, my dishwasher is old and disgusting and does not work, also the linoleum they used is atrocious quality, a pest control man moved my fridge and it caused the linoleum to scrap off, I also have noticed air bubbles in the flooring as well. One of the laundry rooms is a disgrace.

The community is well lit, safe, and lined with beautiful trees. The parking spaces are large and there are always plenty of spots available. The dog and hammock park are comfortable escapes to relax alone, with friends, or with your pet. The pool area is pristine and offers several padded loungers and several seating options in both the sun or shade. The neighbors are quiet, respectful, and friendly. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

I like it here! There is space for children to play, my building is quiet. Arminia always takes good care of me in the office. The garden is always well maintained. It is a good place to live.

My neighbors are great, maintenance staff is great ! Ladies in the office are litteraly rude, they only care about getting the 175.00 administrative fee for leasing out the apartment ?? ??

It’s good, great area to live in and convenient to a lot of places. I enjoy the dog park amenities and the surrounding live oaks all around the place

The apartments are invested with roaches, the paint is peeling off of all the doors in the apartment. My cabinets are falling apart. They remove the water heater from the inside to the patio and left the inside closet dirty with dust and mold. The management here doesn't care about your concerns or complaints you may have. When I first moved here the floor in the apartment was dirty and disgusting. Mold kept forming in the bathroom ceiling, they had repiping done and now my ceiling looks a mess. I can't wait to move out soon.

This property is under a renovation and up grading units . Completely new A.C. Units as well as new hydro electric water heaters . Complete re piped water lines Refaced cabinets and new flooring . New appliances as needed The staff and maintenance crew are very experienced and friendly . Don’t miss this hidden gem .
We lost an apartment across town due to flooding from Hurricane Ian. Not only did Valentina work with us to get a good, safe place to live - but also showed much empathy throughout. So far - all is well with the complex and the apartment. A couple of minor issues, but they are being handled efficiently!
Upon move in, it was clear there was no cleaning done between the previous tenant and myself. The laundry closet had an overwhelming aroma of cat pee (which filled the apartment if you opened the door for too long). The HVAC closet was full of cobwebs to the point of looking like a Halloween display. There's holes and rips in the screened balcony (and the siding), allowing bugs inside (and there are a ton of wasp nests on the balcony railing). The cheep sheet vinyl flooring bubbles up. My kitchen wasn't even renovated like the photos - the cabinets are a dark brown, some of the edging is broken and/or peeling, and there are stains and paint splattered all over the cabinets, countertop (which is also peeling), and the flooring. There was mold inside the HVAC on the coils when I moved in and mold on the walls of the HVAC closet. There's dark marks on the ceiling by the vents (I assume also mold, but maybe just dirt?). The outside of the windows on the second and third floors are filthy and impossible for tenants to clean. Upon opening the chimney flu, tons of soot fell out - leading me to believe they have never cleaned the chimney (which means a creosote fire is highly likely). Half the hardware is missing screws, doors don't latch, sometimes the air conditioning won't turn on because it's so old. When I first moved in, the tub/shower had no water. They came to "fix it" and left. Then I realized there was no hot water. I still only have no front plate on the shower handle (just the screw holding it in). It took over a week and endless office visits, calls and emails to get them to fix the hot water. As others have said, they do not care about the quality of the maintenance or finishes at all. There is absolutely nothing luxury about the complex. While it's in a great location, the upkeep alone is not worth what they are charging, especially to new tenants. Please do yourself a favor and live anywhere else.
This is not luxury- just updated floors, cabinets and counters. They paint over everything including the bathtub and it peels the paint off once you shower. Work orders barely complete and the manager staff does not respond to you. Invest your money somewhere else!!
Bad painting inside and out Painting over bathtub- then peeling Kitchen cabinets painted over old food and muck Windows painted shut Painted over dead bats on patio porch- who does that
there are constant break-ins in cars, whether with broken glass etc. And the office says you can’t do anything, rent expensive and have no security like: cameras, anybody enters, people from outside put the cars here, today it was my car that broke the glass to steal belongings, my damage has exceeded 500 dollars

When I first move in had great relationship with staff, then is been on a free fall downhill with every new management company.. I hate moving but is something I will do after contract expites.

Stay away from this place!!!! They are scammers and thiefs. I moved out from here and left this place spotless and was deducted $75.00 because they supposedly claim there were purple stains on the counter tops and they had to resurface it. Such a lie. But of course how do you prove that. They don’t do a walk around when you know and now I know why! I asked for a walk around when leaving and they stated they don’t do it at that time, they do it later on. Sam assure me that everything would be okay. I am telling you go somewhere else is you don’t want the stress. Everyone is super nice when your moving in but when your moving out, it’s a whole other story.
The staff doesn't really seem to care because when you put and what's wrong with your apartment it doesn't really get done . My toilet was even missing, the bathtub was painted over when I arrived to my new place , marks on carpet and walls. Due to health and financial reasons could not move again. Air conditioning still has mold smell and does not cool properly .... Very uncomfortable on hotter days . When they switched out and gave us new appliances they gave me a refrigerator that does not seal well which I advise them and they still have not given me another one which my food has spoiled sometimes from it. My mail has also been lost in the situation for a month
I moved in last summer to an apartment that I had only seen pictures of because I moved from NYC to FL. I was happily surprised that the pictures didn't do the complex justice! Recently renovated, big floor plans, I just wish there was a bit more storage space or closets. Love it here, and thanks to the leasing agents for working with me over the phone. Going on year 2 here at Montevista!!!!
