Rosewood and Rosewood Premier

I am mostly comfortable the apartment is great the management helpful and maintenance prompt and efficient. The new staff is trying to fix old problems one being parking I’ve never had a spot that’s the biggest down fall! I’ve had tickets and fines for not being able to find a spot. I’m afraid to leave most of the time I’m not enjoying life like I should because what good is location when you can’t come home and have a place to put your car! My blind son has to walk home because I can’t move my car at night! It’s a big issue that in two years have never been resolved! It almost gives you agoraphobia!

They’re absolutely amazing. Besides having some very harsh neighbors which comes with the lifestyle they are very helpful to all and any concerns. Take care of it in a timely manner.

This is a good apartment community and in a great location between the central hubs of Boise and Meridian. The amenities and perks that come with the apartment are great. These apartments come with appliances such as washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, etc. and that is a huge plus. Access to a pool, hot tub, gym, and sauna is also great to have, and is more than a lot of other complexes in the area offer. Rosewood could improve a few things and has its issues, as does every other apartment community, but all things considered, this community is a good choice, especially for the area.

I enjoy my apartment. I enjoy the location of rosewood apartments. I like the managers and the maintenance person. I think they're doing a good job.

Rosewood Apartments (Greystar management) are one of the few complexes left that have a parklike, quiet setting. The apartments are roomy with excellent amenities.

There are several reasons why I want to continue living in my Rosewood apartment. The amenities, the excellent and responsive maintenance team, and the management listens to problems and work with you to resolve the issue. Finally, the grounds are beautiful with mature trees.

I really enjoy calling Rosewoods Apartments home. Like everything else, life has its bumps and is hard sometimes but rosewood is so great because At the end of the day Im comfortable here. There is nothing negative about it I can say. I like how I can just come home and take it easy in my own personal little sanctuary. The communication is so nice that the flow here is so smooth and effortless. I love it here. Nothings perfect but this is pretty much the closest to the definition you will find.

Rosewood is a large park-like comfortable place, with plenty of trees and beautiful fragrant roses. The community is friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile for each other. My home is older, but yet spacious and quite cozy. I have only been here a month but I look forward to sitting by the fire in the chilly winter months with my family or friends.

Rosewood is a beautiful community with beautiful residents and a super family-oriented vibe.

So far it seems the residents are being critiqued well so the bad crowd isnt being brought in. This makes the area comfortable and secure surroundings. Easy access to businesses food, medical, schools, restaurants etc. Landscaping looks good and upkeep has greatly improved. Very positive living conditions!!!

I love living at Rosewood due to the beautiful grounds, amenities, large patios, the floor plan and appliances. The management and maintenance staff are responsive to issues.

Living here has been great! My pup really enjoys the dog park and has made lots of furry friends! We enjoy the peaceful grounds and friendly management team!

The atmosphere and upkeep of the grounds of this apartment complex is amazing, quiet and kept clean. The apartments have large patios and great amenities.

Great place and very nice apartments with great layout. However the staff is almost impossible to work with. They clearly do not know what theyre doing.

I've lived here at Rosewood back when it was Stoneridge, its a bit more costly, but worth it I think. New management means $. I miss having parking also, now i have to remember where my car is, whatever.

Fantastic location, friendly and courteous (if perhaps overworked) staff, beautiful grounds, and good amenities. I've only been here for a few days, but so far so good.

Management is never on top of anything. Send in a maintenance request and you'll die holding your breath waiting for it to get done. Have a package being delivered? There are lockers now for packages. You'll get them half the time if you're lucky. The office is supposed to be open till 6. Got there at 5:30 and it was shut down, lights off. They make rules for us but don't seem to have any to follow themselves. Save your money!

Been extremely helpful when leaks have appeared. Work gets done as soon as possible.

Its great place to live but overpriced in my opinion

Rosewood is a nice community. People keep to themselves, great staff, exceptional pool, hot tub and exercise facility.

Rosewood is a nice place to live, wheather it be temperary or for and extended amout of time.

I am not happy with the residency here at Rosewood at this time. We have Direct TV in our lease but is off for weeks at a time. The new construction is noise and dirty. We did not sign up for that.

Rosewood is a well-maintained community with great amenities and nicely renovated apartments. The downsides are that the leasing office staff doesn't seem to stay on top of important materials or information, and is often hard to get in contact with. The front gates are also rarely kept closed, especially at night, which defeats the purpose of this being a secure gated community. For those reasons, I'd rate Rosewood as an overall average living community.

Ive been living in Rosewood(formally Stoneridge) for 7 years. My experiance has been great. All the staff ive had to inter act with are very friendly and helpful. Although i have not had very many maintance issues, and keep in mind 7 years is a long time, when an issue came up, they took care of it quickly. Its nice to know if something comes up, its taken care of.thanks again

Moved in recently and so far so good! The staff has been very friendly, the apartment was clean when we moved in. Absolutely love the location!

I absolutely love this complex! The community is wonderful, office staff is amazing and helpful and my companion pup Ivory loves the area to run! Its a gorgeous place to live!

I have enjoyed the staff, from the office to the maintenance team! They have all been so helpful in any way I have needed them. My dog even loves them too!

Im love it here at rosewood would love to extend my stay here. The staff is great always very punctual and friendly they get the job done. Just wish it was a little cheaper lol... but all in all I have enjoy this community great place!

so far, I am very impressed with Rosewood Apartments. Their rental application process was very simple, and their office employees were very professional and communicative throughout the entire process. The apartment itself was very clean and recently renovated, and the tenant lounge is a great place to get work done.

Very poor living experience so far. I definitely wouldn’t recommend ANYBODY to live in such apartments.

Rosewood is a great place to live. The grounds are nice and generally kept neat, the apartment amenities are adequate. If you have a problem, maintenance is prompt and efficient in their response. The noise pollution is manageable - you won't generally hear your neighbors' TV or them stomping around. There is also a 24-hour gym and an outdoor swimming pool. The rental prices are fairly affordable.

I absolutely love this community!!!! Stephanie has been amazing to work with! She greeted me at the door, offered me a drink, sat in the common area with us while we asked her what seemed like a million questions, she never made us feel like an inconvenience, she was eager to share her knowledge with us, Stephanie was really positive, funny and did everything she could to help us move-in. What we thought was awesome as well was the fact that as people walked in the door she introduced us as though we already lived there. We unfortunately did not get approved but even then she still walked us through the steps in how we could get approved. We really love her and love the feel that she puts out in the air. Watching her work with other residents as they walked in also made us really confident that how she made us feel on our first visit would be a normal thing and not just a show she was trying to put on for us. And the other residents seem to absolutely love her as well. I am truly glad to have met her. If you ever need an apartment talk to Stephanie at Rosewood Apartments! I cannot say enough how much we love her and we think you will to.
