Avoid this place at all costs
We lived here for 2 years, paid rent on time every month and never caused any trouble. They decided to stop renting to me and put myself, wife and 4 small children out on the street during the pandemic, knowing how how rent prices were starting to skyrocket. It's clear this company and the so called manager that is staffed there does not care about the people living there. There were other people living in the surrounding trailers that said the same thing was happening to them, unethical things as well. The manager told me that the only way I would be able to stay would be if I were to purchase the home and I did everything I could , but no matter what I did , somehow I came short to not being able to purchase the home. Always some excuse of why I wouldn't be able to buy it at the price it was at the time, of course they raised the price as soon as we moved out. We spent days spot cleaning everything there , it looked like it was new tenant ready but when I received what was left of my security deposit it was almost nothing. These people DO NOT care about you, just money. We were forced to have to stay with family because we were tossed to the streets and can't afford to live somewhere affordable now because of the housing market these people took full advantage of. Similar homes that were $60k they are now selling for $130k+ . We had constant issues with the mobile home we were renting and serious issues that were never really fixed . Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else if at all possible.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Management here has no clue how to run and operate a successful company. The saying goes "practice what you preach". They state that the area is safe, yet check the police reports on this establishment. You have theft, vandalism, stabbings, trespassing you name it they got it. I run security and I can vouch for the events that go on around this community. There management is a JOKE. They have run this establishment to the ground. Check the records on there turn over ratio. They have lost clients left and right. Every other month, someone is going and someone is coming, the traffic is ridiculous. Don't let me get started on the poor performance of the staff, especially maintenance. I have worked for a not for profit organization in construction and can assure you that these so called professionals are lazy, inconsiderate, inexperienced morons. They cruise through the streets on there cart, allowing nails and screws fall off the back where I and several others in this complex have punctured tires and have had to waste money replacing them. Come by and check the streets. The pavement on the west side is still NOT repaved. Check the reviews folks, they can't all be mad.

They are okay. Too many rules for a neighborhood in my opinion. But the house are not that bad.
