I enjoy living here, good location, nice apartments . I really like having my own washer and dryer, the balcony and being able to have my dogs here. I also know that if there is any issue in my apartment I can count on it being resolved.

12 months into my 15 month lease has been amazing, but note there seems to be a shift where we feel like e we should start to look for another place to live when our lease is up.

Great quiet community set in the tranquil part of Otay Ranch. It's conveniently set within minutes of the 125 and Otay Ranch Mall. Great complex with 2 strong academic elementary schools within 1 mile and 2 amazing high schools with strong academic and sports programs. Amenities are amazing at the complex and the staff is outstanding and attentive! We look forward to more amazing neighbors!

Rosina Vista is a great place to live! The layout of the homes is spacious and has a lot of storage. Everything is so clean and well maintained. The staff is great and so friendly. The area is beautiful and close to school, shopping centers, etc. 10/10 would recommend.

The rent is high and the apartments age do not meet the cost. The smell of every day dog poop is horrible with lots of flys

The parking vendor was impolite and pushy. Parking was challenging. Advice: buy the field next to your complex and build a parking garage. Then fire your parking vendor. Move-out costs were a little excessive. It doesn't cost over $200 to touch up some paint spots. As for actually living there, it was reasonably nice. Quiet.
The leasing office team is great, fast service, and awesome communication.
The apartment itself is nice but should be aware of the surrounding neighbors habits and lifestyle prior to moving in. The noise is astronomical crazy, loud and constant.
It' a nice place to live. Folks at the rental office are amazing

Would not recommend - People - random non-residents come dispose of their trash in And outside of our trash dumpsters with their trucks. We have seen this and it' uncomfortable to watch. Also, some residents don't pick up after their pets.

The apartment staff, maintenance crew and website are well organized and I have never had any issues with the services so I would refer the apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live.
The parking is not the best. No guest parking and street parking is always full. Although the high school is convenient the traffic caused by the school rush is a problem.
The time I was at Rosina Vista was without any bad experiences and I enjoyed the community since it was well maintained and secured always. For a single woman, I needed those things in my life and I always enjoyed driving into my complex knowing I would be safe.
You're paying a lot of money, especially to have to deal with a pest problem, rude staff l, and broken equipment,
So far I have had few problems in the community. Occasionally, we have to pay rent late due to alternative Friday paydays (the office has worked with me on that). Occasional loud neighbors at night (the security service has help fix that). For me, I would recommend due to the positive experience with the management .
I would recommend due to the maintenance personnel being timely and professional. In almost every maintenance situation we have had, the problem is fixed the same day.
So far I have had a positive experience with the apartment and the rental staff. They have understood my issues with rent payment and sometimes unruly neighbors.
I always recommend this apartment complex because of the quality of service and the beautiful complex
I would highly recommend it to friends and family that may be looking for a new place to live. I feel that the only negative I have about Rosina Vista is one neighbor in particular who seems to feel they can park in front of their driveway and disregard that they are blocking our exit. I feel parking during the day should also be enforced to prevent this from happening. I don't believe it's the resident that is doing this more so their daughter or niece that is not a resident
