It’s been great to live here. The community is amazing, it’s very quiet here if that’s what you’re looking for. The staff is amazing as well they are always on top of maintenance and any issues that come up.

I love it here. The apartments are beautiful and I love how they are set up. From the beautiful hardwood to all the counter and cabinet space. The washer dryer in the unit is very convenient.

The internet has improved and that’s a great benefit here. I love the comfort and amenities of the complex and apartments. Unfortunately other residents sometimes forget that they live in a community and forget to clean up after themselves or their pet. All in all, it’s a great place to live.

Overall the community is great, only negative is when Tesla cars park in charger spots for days on end and not allowing other EVs to charge. Might need to start implementing idle fees to prevent people from parking longer than they need too. But other than that the staff is great and the community is amazing.

It has been one of the best apartments I have lived in. Everyone has been very helpful and it feels very secure and safe to be here. I would highly recommend.

Everything was super quick and everyone in the office is super nice! So happy to live in this community. However, the parking is not the best.

My apartment experience has been bumpy from the start. The leasing process was difficult and leasing staff are unavailable throughout the day. The apartment is not well-made. You cannot open one cabinet without it hitting something, making the kitchen dysfunctional. The apartment is drafty, making your utility bill much higher than it should be. The gaps also lead to spiders coming in to the apartment. It is also not made to insulate noise. Lots of issues with internet and gates. Apartment advertises as dog friendly, yet just took away the ability for dogs to use the few grass areas around the complex. This makes it extremely difficult to walk your dog around the complex. This also was not communicated at all. The only good thing is the dog park, which is a nice place for my dog to run. Although, people do not pick up their dog’s poop around the complex. The apartment is in a nice location, easy access to stores.

Rowan has been great! We love the amenities, how nice & new our apartment is, and the great neighbors we've met. The management & staff are always on top of any issues we have.

Parking is a major issue. Garbage is not located conveniently. Always issues with packages! There is animal waste all over the property. Office constantly closes early.

I love the community here and everyone on staff works their absolute hardest to serve everyone and provide everyone with updated info about the complex!

We love living at Rowan! We originally got a two bedroom and decided after six months to upgrade to a three bedroom. The transfer process was so easy and super quick.

I just moved from Monterrey, NL, and it was amazing the smooth of the process of renting in Rowan, it was extraordinary. The area is extra quiet and that is awesome.

The leasing staff is very approachable and hands on. Since my move in this has remained consistent. Maintenance has been extremely fast and friendly as well.

It is a good complex. It is quiet and maintained well. Plenty of amenities. The only negative would be parking for guests. It is difficult for guest to park.

Excellent community to start your adult life. Secured and safe. Amazing amenities and monthly community activities. Quiet residents. Lovely spacious PawPark. Really enjoyable place to live.

Great complex with a wonderful staff and fun events to help bring the community together. The amenities are fabulous(my kids love the pool and the playground). Maintenance and landscaping are fast and efficient. One of the best places I have ever lived!

I joined my girlfriend’s lease and they could t have made it any easier. With everything being online and someone following the updates of my application I got it all done within a day.

The best place to live! Everything is super nice, the attention, the common areas, the access, the recreation centers, the location and everything in general is very good.

Good price, apartment in very good conditions. but there's absolutely nothing within walking distance. Also there are Internet outages every month, last one lasted about 4 days

We pay $75 for internet (not allowed to have your own). Internet was just down for 5 days and there was no talk of any sort of reimbursement. There’s been a couple of occurrences of people letting their dogs poop in the rocks and it smells horribly for weeks. Mini split AC does not work in master bedroom. Had maintenance come 3-4 times and we finally gave up since they don’t know what they’re doing. Office staff is nice. You’re gonna have to get your packages from the office when the internet is down though. Not worth the price. New apartments, but not much care was put into how they were built.

What I like about the place we live in is that we have a peaceful and clean neighborhood. It has well-maintained sidewalks and front lawns, where the air feels fresh. Apartment buildings are neatly arranged, painted in soft, inviting colors, with gardens or flowerbeds adding a touch of nature to each home. Our community here is quiet, there’s an absence of loud noises, creating a calm, serene atmosphere. Residents walk leisurely, greeting each other with friendly smiles, while children play safely in the gated playground. Building lights are evenly spaced, giving the area a warm glow in the evenings. Public spaces like dog park are clean, with trimmed grass, benches, and clear walking paths. There’s little to no litter, and recycling bins are neatly placed along the sidewalks. You might hear birds chirping in the background, adding to the tranquility.

The community here is really nice- lots of great families, and it seems like all the kids really get along. I really like the events the complex hosts!

Everything is very clean and everyone seems so friendly. The lounge and gym are very nice and the dog park is bigger than I expected. The leasing staff has also been so helpful since the day we moved in.

Great place including nice facilities like gym, spa, and pool. Playground for kids is good but if a trash can was available there would be good because sometimes garbage is on the floor after lids eat snacks. Also, sometimes the neighbors have visits and they park in your spot, which makes difficult to find a place where to leave your car when your spot is busy by someone that did not respect spots.

Very responsive management, will always get back to you. Complex is always clean, amenities are always in order. Only feedback I'd give would be to request that maintenance gives a heads up on time they are planning to come by. I only find out when my camera is tripped

Everyone in the office was very helpful and accommodating on move in day and even before when we had some packages arrive early. The complex is nice, secure, and has fantastic amenities. We LOVE our apartment unit and don’t even know how to begin to fill all the space.

Move in was very easy! Lots of cool tech here to make everything easy. Apt was clean upon move in. The apts are kept in great shape! Didnt interact much with office staff, but the few times we did they were excellent! Great place so far!

So far we love living here! Neighbors are friendly and is a pretty quiet place. Maintenance is quick, nice and very helpful. Our questions and concerns always get addressed in a timely manner :)

I moved in in July. There was a few bumps in the beginning but things have really turned around! They’re much more on top of work orders and getting things done in a timely manner.

We love the community & all of the amenities. The office staff and maintenance people are amazing and on top of things. The only down side has been the gate not working properly, people parking in our designated spots and not having a lot of guest parking. Other than that it’s amazing !

The leasing staff is so helpful, they answered all of our questions and made moving in way easier. Amy is amazing at what she does. You can tell the buildings and units are very new and are well upkept. The lounge is spacious and cozy, the gym is a full gym, and there are a lot of planned activities for the community. Definitely recommend if moving to the area.

Really enjoy living here, you can see the staff always staying on top of things around the apartment and the office keeping us informed on what is going on.

Apartment is amazing, super clean, and looks like the pictures in person. Maintenance guy was super quick once I submitted my work order as well.

We love living at Rowan! The amenities are great - pool, gym, dog park. And the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, from the maintenance guys and the front office staff, someone is always saying hi to us and our pup. 10/10 recommend this community.

Great, the best apartment ever!! The appliances are nice, the rooms have plenty of space. The bathrooms are huge and lots of storage. The pool is also amazing

Fun events, beautiful pool, nice views. The apartments have nice appliances and the colors are really up scale. Hardwood floors are easy to keep clean and the kitchen has ample storage.

Has been great everyone is so kind! The property is well maintained. The amenities are great so many to choose from. The gates make you feel so secure you never have to worry!

Amazing place to live- I have never lived in a better, more well kept apartment. It is so dog friendly and the amenities are beautiful and well kept. All my neighbors are extremely nice and respectful and if WiFi or issues with our app occur they are in immediate contact and keep us updated until the issue is fixed, which is always quickly.

It has been amazing living here so far. Very family and animal oriented. Very quiet and everyone is respectful and friendly. Probably the best management I have had at any complex before!

Living here is fun. I'm a bit upset that I no longer have access to the smarthoke feature that were advertised to me when I moved in. The pool is amazing and so is the hot tub. That being said the heated pool usually feels pretty cold, but it's still an amazing place to hang out and sunbathe. The events thatbare thrown regularly are a good idea and I can see that the kids really enjoy the amenities here.

I am just moving in and so far the experience is wonderful! Amy is AMAZING! She really helped a lot to secure a space. I am looking forward to being here!

I absolutely love my apartment and the lease staffing is amazing but the one thing i am not necessarily a fan of is the guest parking situation.
