Fine place to live, but there are probably better options. Maybe across the road. The property may have been luxurious when first opened but it’s age and poor maintenance have stripped it of that. Nothing ever works. Garage gates always opened or stuck closed. Building doors don’t open when they should or they don’t close correctly. Fire alarms always going off. Trash chutes stuck. Cockroaches in the building. Old appliances. Poor carpentry, nails sticking out from the floor. Ugly countertop selection I’m certain units. Poorly designed sinks. Poorly maintained shower Neighbors speeding through small garage, blasting music after hours, smoking weed (smell somehow spreads to my unit), domestic fighting, stomping. Packages are often lost, stolen, or undeliverable. May be due to difficult to access package lockers. Maintenance requests are prompt. High ceilings are enjoyable. Hallway tiles are nice.

The staff members are very polite. Christopher and Raven go over above and beyond! Facilities are very nice.

I have lived here for 1.5 years and have not regretted it. Perfect location to everything!! Nice and comfortable apartments and an excellent and professional staff!!

Great location and amenities. The staff are responsive and very helpful. The grounds are always maintained and I appreciate the cleanliness, pest control, convenience of Amazon lockers within the property, and valet trash. Every experience here has been good.

I love my Apartment home, the community is very nice, and it's quiet here except on garbage day! The front staff are awesome all the time. They are friendly, and make sure everything is going well for the tenants. sometimes I just stop by to say hi to them before I go home.

Maintenance team does a good job fulfilling the requests that I have submitted. They are always responsive and are able to complete the work in a timely fashion.

I am a resident for 13 months and so far I love it here. Property management is excellent and very responsive to residents needs. Maintenance staff is always on top of things and professional. The grounds, garage, and common areas are keep clean year round. My apartment is nice, comfortable, no noise issues, and neighbors are friendly.

Extremely nice front office staff. Price of apartment unit is outrageous with the quality of maintenance and upkeep that comes along with it. Maintenance and enforcement of policy could use some work to say the least.

My stay at Bell Vinings since July 2021 has been excellent. The property management and maintenance staff have been excellent and always respond to my needs. The property is 'constantly' well kept, neighbors are friendly, and minimal noise issues. As such, I just renewed my lease for another 12 months.

i needed my lease contract ASAP but i couldn't get it due to an issue with the E-signature. i contacted the leasing office to let them know that i need it for the next day, even the IT department didn't fix the issue Victoria and Nicole were on it so i can get my document. indeed Victoria provided the document the next day. it was a great been valued and having an excellent customer service experience.

Amenities are very nice. The lobby is tastefully decorated and when the morning continental breakfasts were available, that was an asset.

This is a great community. We have been here over a year and everyone in the office and in maintenance are very nice, helpful and friendly.

I think Bell Vinings does a great job of maintaining the property and the leasing staff are wonderful! Especially Nicole! I think this a great place to live but be aware if you have to break your lease...youll be subject to two months penalty!

Great style and feel - modern appliance, tall ceilings, great pool and gym areas. I do have concerns for safety due to car break-ins in the garage. I dont believe management has addresses the safety risks.

We have been here at Bell Vinings for almost a year and have enjoyed the community. Its peaceful for the most part, this is a community, we are human so theres the occasional dog bark or childs laughter - only a Scrooge would take exception. Every time we have contacted office management they have been exceptionally helpful and quick to address any issue. The only reason I would have to move is based on if rent is increased.

All outlets do not work, gate does not always work and the car break ins are making it hard for me to rate Bell Vinings an excellent place to live.

When renting a unit at Bell Vinings, potential residents should be aware of no cameras viewing the hallways and there is not a 24 hour security person on the premises. IBell Vinings is a beautiful complex; however, not being able to use anything provided here in the way of amenities, has taken away a great deal of beauty at this complex.

I happened upon Bell Vinings as I was in need of finding a one bedroom apartment starting in December. I actually was driving the route to get familiar with the area since i had an appointment with another apartment complex. I decided to stop in by chance and Nicole gave us a tour, all the information and based on my needs she said she had a great apartment! Boy was she right! I decided to put in my application that night and the rest is history! I love this community and feel very safe and secure!

I moved into the Bell Vinings community one month ago and I am very satisfied. The office staff are very helpful, and I love the layout of my apartment.
