Property Ratings at Royal Oak Estates
Ive been a renter for 10 years, and this by far is the worst place I’ve ever been. They treat the tenants and maintenance like trash. They don’t communicate, they use call the police on you, and give random notices to scare you to leave, just to have someone else move in for higher rent.
You will not have basic necessities like hot water, heat or full use of electricity or a stove to cook. Management makes little to no effort to fix major issues and the owner Paul responded to me by saying “cool sounds good.” When I informed him I’d be making complaints against the establishment and management company. Please do not waste your money, they will increase your rent with no increase in upkeep or livability. Kristy is the only point of contact and pretend via text that she was the owner when addressing me. They do not provide a decent living environment.
I'm actually appalled at how unprofessional they are. You'd think because they have a decent location, they'd want happy tenants. That's not the case. They don't care about anything, but making sure trash is picked up. They only have like one maintenence man for SO many units (and properties) it can't even be ethical. Also, the plumber is here at least once a week and thus the water is shut down for x amount of hours at a time. Not to mention the sound of said pipes banging in the walls. You won't get much sleep here. Though, it looks "nice," that's all it is. Imagine an average looking person with the worst attitude you've ever experienced. That"s basically what the property is like...and what the property managers are like...minus the "nice." Talking to property lawyers now to see how to make things right.
