worst apartment to rent
Let me first begin by saying TURN BACK, DO NOT LEASE! save yourself the massive headaches. The property management sucks really bad, they have no communication skills, they are only in office 1-2 days out the week in the hours people work a normal shift fr only 1 to 2 hours, they fine for everything without proof. The neighbors are extremely nosey and in your business all the time. The property management always has volunteers that you dont know, saying there volunteers...knocking on peoples doors for inspections, often banging on peoples door with no shame to get up and move there cars or to go into the house to see if something is coded and up to date and only do it to snoop in peoples homes. They have no guest parking at all, people who have decals dont even respect the rule of guest partking only. the security guards are always someone different, speak no English and never know anything, the jacuzzi doesnt even heat up, owners that live in the apartment complex complain and abuse there power. the president of the community treats you like she's entitled and has no manors or respect. i am utterly disappointed in the way this complex has been managed let alone how they treat tenants that pay rent. Home owners look down upon renters as f they dont belong or have no right. amenities are being upgraded very slowly, the streets did flood but they come out every so often to clean the drains. ive never dreaded to move out in my life. they dont respect at all. id give this place 0 stars, they do no help anyone but them selves.

El peor lugar para vivir
La administración es un desastre, los pasillos siempre estan sucios, no hay parqueo, si tienes dos carros vas a pasarla muy mal, las grúas tienen entrada libre y se llevan los carros todo el tiempo, si tienes una visita y se pasa de las 12 am saldrá y no encontrará su carro, tiene problemas graves de inundación cada vez que llueve se forman lagos y cuando te bajas de tu carro te mojas los pies, si tienes carro bajito se dañará por qué el agua llega hasta las puertas, se paga un fee alto de asociación y quitaron la vigilancia que por qué el dinero no les alcanza. De verdad hágase un favor y si no quiere pasar malos momentos evite vivir en este lugar

Worst Condo in Kendall
Everytime it rains the whole complex gets flooded you can't even get to your apt without walking in the water and no parking for you guess because they only give you one parking spot and you can only have a family member stay over 3 days because you only get 3 overnight parking permits,constant car towing and the management company is no good they don't care and when you complain about something they do nothing. i wish i could add the video of the complex flooded
