They made sure they communicated with me through the whole process from beginning to end they were very helpful with answering my questions and I definitely love the welcoming feeling from all the staff . I've lived at RP for about 6 months now - first of all, the grounds are very well kept & the buildings are really gorgeous. You can catch some nice sunrises from the patios/balconies the units have. The pool is clean & despite how much everyone uses it, it's spotless. The fitness center is really well stocked with all sorts of equipment, which in my experience is rare with apartment gyms. Onto the unit itself, my appliances look brand new and work without problems. When I moved in, the garbage disposal was broken & within hours of me submitting the request, the maintainance guys (who were so nice & worked quickly) fixed it and I've had no issues since. A great mix of folks live here (as you can expect of Las Vegas). Lots of cute dogs, small families, young professionals, etc. Most everyone is quiet and keeps to themselves. Parking is very good & you get a covered spot with your unit which is great. No bug problems, trash is picked up regularly, folks typically clean up after their dogs, and noise is generally very low. Onto the biggest reason you should give RP a chance - the office staff. I had a very serious noise problem with a neighbor that was disrupting my work (I work from home) and keeping me up at night. This neighbor would blast music into my apartment almost constantly & it was making me miserable. The first time I called in to complain, the office staff gave me clear instructions on what to do & told me to "hang in there." I followed their instructions, documented the noise, and while it certainly felt awkward continuously bothering busy people with my complaints, they had my back. In the end, they ended up evicting the neighbor for the noise violations & kept me in the know and informed the whole time. Eyleen, Jonathan, & Brenda are professionals & understand how important peace & quiet in someone's home is. They went the full mile in answering this issue, and that is rare to find in apartment management! Other notes - the location is PERFECT. You are a hop and a skip from the Strip, but far enough away to where its problems don't make it out here. Tropicana Ave. can take you all the way to Summerlin or to the airport in 15 minutes tops even during rush hour. CC/I-215 and I-15 are both close, but not too close. The complex is gated & patrolled nightly by guards, which keeps things much safer than other places in Spring Valley. I moved here sight-unseen all the way from Kansas having never been to Vegas before. RP is a true gem.

I moved into my apartment during the pandemic and the manager Arcy was pretty awesome. The only issue we had was they did not let us know we had been approved until 2 weeks after we had been approved. Living here was decent, except the people with loud music but it's apartments that can be expected. There were a couple "rules" that we got reprimanded for that were never told to us like us grabbing a filter and replacing it every month. The move out process was HORRIBLE. I emailed the office asking if there was anything that I needed to do or look out for and they didn't respond. I was quarantining so I just handled move out like normal. Clean and drop off keys. Move out date was 1/31 and it was a Sunday, office closed so I was going to drop keys off next morning. I get a call saying that keys were not dropped off at 8am and that they were charging me each day they were not. I dropped off keys at 10am. I get an invoice for a "pool key" that I never received ($50) as it was a pandemic pool was closed. I also got a days worth of "prorated" rent and other charges for this "day" that I was not in my apartment. This added up to about $70. I called to speak to manager the lady said she would call me back she was busy. No call. Emailed.. No email back. Called the main office. They said manager would handle. Emailed again. Got back an email stating that they sent it to collections that I need to handle with collections. Does any of this sound professional or courteous during a pandemic to be treating people this way?

After visiting many different apartment complex’s across Las Vegas, the staff at Royal Palms was a breath of fresh air! They were nice, extremely helpful, answered any questions I had, and made it seem like they cared in helping me search for not just an apartment, but a place I can call home. The property was clean, apartment was nice, and the multiple pools was a nice added feature!
