Property Ratings at Royal Pines (55+)
Recently moved out- New owner took all amenities and concierge service away. No more security. No more office staff. Property not kept as clean as years past. Guy who sits in the office is incredibly rude and ignores you if he doesn't like you, can never be reached after hours as he doesnt answer the phone and doesnt return calls. Dont know why he lives on premises if you can never reach him
