Property Ratings at Royal Ridge
Applied for a apartment under the price quoted by the front desk. Paid the application fee for son and myself. Then another initiation fee. The front desk lost all our paper work and money. Called the apartment, two week later get a welcome aboard paperwork, and the price for the apartment is way out of the price range we were given. Now the apartment does not want to refund any portion of our money. I guess being out of state, made us a target, they thought we would pay anything to have a place to rent.

Dwane, we apologize for any confusion that occurred regarding your application. At our community, rental rates change daily based on market value until paperwork is officially signed, locking in a rate for a lease term. Please give the office a call at your convenience so that we can make things right. Thank you.
Not too many complaints. This was my first apartment and I liked it for the most part. There were a couple times that they had a bug in the online paying system and it screwed up our rent payment but we only had to give them $6 so it wasn't really anything to gripe about. The pool was nice for a night swim with friends. Very close to restaurants, stores, and gas stations. So very convenient location. My neighbors were annoying and a problem but I can't really blame the complex for that. Overall my stay was rather nice.

Thank you for taking the time out to share your experience with us, Kylie! We'll miss you! We're happy to hear that our convenient location, special amenities, and beautiful homes served you well throughout your time here. We appreciated your residency and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors! Thanks again!
They were a nice place to rent from in the beginning of course but don’t Be fooled towards the end of the lease when it’s time to move out they’ll scam you for all you got.Won't explain or go over anything with you either when you turn in your notice to vacate then blam it on you. Because they “never do anything wrong” and nothing is ever their responsibility. We were good tenants who paid rent on time and never caused disturbances or anything. We also had a leak from the upstairs AC unit that caused water damage and holes in the wall that was reported numerous times but was never fixed but I’m sure they’ll try and get us for that to... This place is managed very poorly. The property manager specifically is very Rude and not easy to deal with. They messed up on the original lease with the wrong dates, spelled names incorrectly and everything. Again Very poorly managed. Would not ever recommend.

We're disappointed to learn your move-out experience left you with a negative perception of our community. Our team prides itself on being transparent in all communications, especially those involving potential fees and charges - all of which were clearly outlined within the lease agreement. You'll find it is not uncommon in the multifamily housing industry for some cleaning and repair costs to be owed at move-out should the condition of the unit warrant it. Additionally, any outstanding balances or fees owed may also be due. You are welcome to call the office if you have any lingering questions about your costs or any additional feedback you would like to share. Thank you. We wish you luck in your future endeavors.
Management is super nice on move-in and will rip you off with exorbitant fees when you move out!! Get every detail in writing, because they will pretend to lose your notice to vacate and then cause a stink over it. Move out charges for a spotless apartment were over $700. Buyer Beware!!!!!
This is a great place to live, quiet and is a great central location to many local businesses. The staff is very professional and nice to work with. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good apartment to rent with great amenities, pool and recreation room. Another great thing is they are pet friendly.
Our apartment complex is quite, clean and considered home! Living here has been a wonderful place for my husband and I to begin a new chapter in life. The Management is friendly and provides helpful notices and timely service. Our neighbors are also respectful and welcoming. Those aspects combined, makes our apartment feel like home! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a family friendly environment or quiet place to live.
My husband and I moved 6 months ago. One of the best features here is the yard care. I lived in a home for several years and I am very picky about the landscaping. I am so impressed how amazing how the grounds are cared for. I love bringing my kids over. The people are so nice. I feel safe and always know I can help for something needing fixed asap. The interior of our apt was updated before we moved in. The ladies at office are very courteous and sensitive my concerns we like it here. We want to stay for 3 more years.
I've had a great experience living here so far. I'm six months into my one year lease and I love it! It's nice and quiet for those seeking a relaxed environment. Neighbors are respectful and courteous. The front office is always diligent to ensure that you are well taken care of and they are willing to work with you in any difficult circumstances. I am glad to live here and look forward to renewing my lease next year!
When I went through my divorce, I wanted to live in a place that was as nice as the house I had to leave behind. After seeing several complexes in town, Royal Ridge had both the look and price range I was looking for! I love living here. The complex is very conveniently located near freeway exits and several stores, which makes running errands so much easier! The grounds are well kept, and the office staff is always extremely helpful with any problems that arise. The pool, tennis courts. doggie park and other common areas are also well maintained. Their repair crew takes care of repairs very quickly and in a satisfying manner. I have recommended this complex to friends looking to move to this area, and will continue to do so in the future.
I was in a rush when finding an apartment and the reviews online were so-so, but I have loved living here. Quite neighborhood, close to absolutely anything you could need, and the front office staff has always been so accommodating and extremely nice to me. I truly do not have one complaint about the location.
I lived at this complex for 4 years. Here are the reasons you don’t want to live here: Maintenance is a joke, only one of the guys knows what he is doing. If you want something fixed expect it to take months to get it done (if ever) i.e. they come in pretend to fix the issue and leave without completing the job. Office staff is rude, and condescending. I had a bug issue (caused by another tenant) they insisted I caused the problem and it was my responsibility to pay to fix it. Other tenant admitted his roommate brought the bugs in. The bugs got in my apartment because this same tenant walked into my apartment without my consent. On several occasions I received notice my rent was late/short – I paid my rent in full and early every month. Each time the offices response was to state they did not make the error, basically (opps). At each lease renewal they will spike my rent by a minimum of $30 to $50. Whereas for other tenants the increase (I was told) was less than $20. My cars were broken into 3 times. They have a security company who patrols the property. But they fly through the property so fast they could not see anything, nor would stop long enough to do anything about it. The pool is never clean. Your Water bill is prorated to the number of people in your apartment (we were told). However, when I moved in there were three (3) adults living in the apartment, and by the time I moved there was only two (2) adults living in the apartment. At no time did my water increase or decrease. My neighbor’s bill was delivered to me in error, they had a total of five (5) people living in the apartment. Their water bill was a quarter of what mine was.
