Appalling Living Conditions and Negligent Management

I had the unfortunate experience of renting an apartment for the past six months, during which I encountered a severe rodent infestation. Despite my repeated complaints, the management's response was shockingly inadequate. Their idea of addressing the rat problem was to send a product for removing dog odors, completely ignoring the dire situation. Not only did the management fail to take meaningful action against the rodent issue, but they also displayed utter disregard for my concerns. Numerous messages were met with blatant ignorance, leaving me to deal with the escalating problems on my own. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against anyone considering renting from this woefully incompetent management. Furthermore, it is worth noting that the managers also displayed negligence or excessively delayed responses to technical issues. For instance, the repair of the waste disposal unit in the sink took an unreasonably long time or was not addressed at all. This lackadaisical approach to management not only causes inconvenience but also poses a serious threat to comfortable living. The overall management of these apartments leaves much to be desired and undoubtedly warrants an extremely negative review.
