Edinburg is a large suburban community on the north side of McAllen, roughly twenty miles from the Mexican border. Property Ratings at Royal Vista
This property is immaculate. Front office staff is kind and quick to respond. I moved from the largest one bedroom at a different property, just up the road, and Royal Vista’s largest one bed floor-plan is far more superior…& that’s because RV’s unit is 6 sq ft smaller! It actually feels bigger, to be honest. In comparison, the A2 layout is functional & well thought out. The finishes and appliances are nice as well. I’ve moved several times, over the years, & lived at many different properties across the states that are gated/multi-family & Royal Vista is definitely at the top of that list. There’s no other way to describe it, but the property is cheerful & clean. I feel at home when I come to my apartment. In recent years, some of the apartments I’ve lived at have had a gloomy/sad feeling & I found myself not wanting to come home. That’s not the case with Royal Vista.
