I love my apartment. I moved in 3 years ago and i plan on staying here for a while. Staff is great and i have some wonderful neighbors.
Carpets are old. Dishwasher smells and doesn’t work. Bugs ALL OVER. Management does nothing but complain about our complaints and be rude about it. Windows and walls are paper thin. Basement apartments smell like dirty soggy socks.

Dealing with rental properties is usually an awful experience but with Ana it was very professional and informative. The walk through was safe, masks and gloves were worn and we maintained distance the whole time. It was a lot of information but it was refreshing having everything presented upfront rather than signing a lease and not really understanding the terms. Gave me faith again in Rental Properties. 100% satisfied.
I usually do not do reviews. But I feel like people need to know. I recently visited and applied for an apartment at Royal York. I filled out the application, paid the fees provided referrals and provided 4 paystubs as well as a W2. The management flagged my proof of income as fraudulent. When I asked what else I could provide as a W2 alone should be sufficient. Not knowing anything else I could provide besides what I already did. I ended up looking elsewhere and am out 20 bucks. I do like the apartments, and was great for the price. But Make sure paperwork is to standard before paying the application fee.

The apartments are very nice especially for the price. I’ve been living there 27 months so far and I love it. Very good area. Clean apartments. If anything in apartment needs work, maintenance comes that day to fix it. I like how well the apartments are also taken care of outside as well. It’s awesome in the winter parking lots are always plowed.

The leasing manager at this location is horrible, she is extremely rude. She will not answer any of your questions unless you do an application. How can you do an application if you don’t know if there is anything available to rent? Why would one want them to run the credit check and affect your credit score? She just screams at you every time you ask a her question. A new tenant stopped by while I was there to complain about things not being fixed prior their move in. I would not recommend this place.
Been here about 1 year and I love it. Snow removal was great over the winter. I did have to call for two repairs and both were taken care of quickly. Girls in the office have been helpful too. Especially when I was moving in.

Do yourself a favor and don’t even think about living here. Worst management ever, lack of respect for tenants. They have one intention and that is to get your money and they will find any excuse to keep your security deposit. Do yourself a favor and look else where.

We are sorry to see you were that unhappy as a tenant at our property. Our management prides themselves on being respectful and professional. Unfortunately, we are unable to make everyone happy. We believe you are giving this review as your lease was not renewed due to multiple issues with illegal activity in your unit as well your aggressive behavior towards our staff members. Management returns the majority of security deposits. However, when a unit is left filthy and with holes in walls, the cost to remedy these issues are deducted from your deposit. We are happy to discuss your concerns directly with you. Please contact our office to do so.
Office worker are not respectful. Very rude. Works around the apartments are every wonderful and nice! The apartment itself is not work what they ask in price, paint everywhere, very cheap paint. Walls are very thin and can hear all the neighbors. Closet doors in both bedrooms were broken. Mailbox was broken. Over do not recommend this place to anyone!

Rent is very responsible and if any issues occur they quickly respond and correct. The complex is well kept, parking is excellent, and during winter time snow removal is outstanding. They continually update and improve the apartments. Washers and dryers are available and you are also provided with a storage unit. Only compliant a little strict - you see notices going up such as be courteous to your neighbors do not slam door, promptly remove your laundry, don't back into your parking space exhaust may enter lower apartments, and no motorcycles ...this is the only reason they didn't received five stars
